Best company around they made me feel comfortable and did the job to my satisfaction! I will recommend them and will also use them again in the future.

The work done looks great and workers were friendly and professional but this company's communication and customer service is lacking. Job was finished weeks ago and we were told all the trash would be picked within a few days. Still waiting on a reply from an email two days ago. Called today and was given no other info but told we'd be called back. No indication when.

When you need help it's comforting to know that the people you hire are caring professionals who know their job and do it well. That describes this company and it's employees perfectly. Thank you Jake Gibson and all the people there for your great work.

Out all the companies that I called you were the only one to respond. Then, the technicians arrived to assess the damages and got a total restoration completed. Your service exceeded my expectations.

Hired to do work paid in full 18k and never returned to my property. Hangs up when me or someone from my team calls.

They started the job at the beginning of July and 6 weeks later we are left with a job incomplete with shoddy work. Communication is awful especially if you are woman- the owner is beyond disrespectful and wouldn't stop talking over me. He lacks all accountability and when I mentioned his previous reviews he denied ever working with them even though they give specific names of his crew.

Only reason I’m giving them a 5 star is because is because I can’t give them a 6 star rating. Brock Jake and even Jeremy were all great guys. If you find yourself needing restoration give them a call!

When we incurred water damage and contacted Flood Rewind, they responded promptly. Jake was very reassuring and the crew that Jeremy brought with him did a great job repairing the damage. We are very pleased.

This company was referred to me by a friend and they did the job right. A pipe was broken in my laundry room, causing the carpeted area to be all wet. Flood Rewind team came in and got the water out. They're very professional, answered all my questions. I am a satisfied customer.

The mitigation team responded fast to our water damage. Within hours met me at the house and started setting up industrial fans, dehumidifiers, and assessing the damage. The reconstruction team worked fast and matched everything perfectly. Great communicators and very friendly!

We had a water backup in our basement. The valve that is supposed to stop water didn't. We were at the lake and needless to say, we had our whole finished basement under water.
Jake took care of us, got us set up with more fans than one should carry on them and Jeremy made sure it was replaced to our expectations. Would recommend!

When it came to evaluation of Damage they were spot on and my insurance paid it promptly.

Secondly, the actual work done was good.

My big issue and biggest frustration was their TERRIBLE communication. They would show up whenever they wanted with no notice. Rarely, did they responded to my messages. I let them know repeatedly they needed to give us 24 hour notice. We work full time and have several dogs and my poor elderly mother had to be there for them. Very disappointed with them. They don’t value their customers time. It felt Iike bc they got paid upfront they just didn’t care.

Flood Rewind was an absolute lifesaver during our project! From day 1, when the incident first occurred, they were extremely quick to respond and immediately came to assess the damage. Jake was a friendly and helpful voice at a time when we were absolutely lost. If you’ve ever experienced damage to your home, you know that that first moment, the realization of what’s happened, can be absolutely devastating. Jake was there to ensure us everything would be ok. When our insurance company ghosted us and tried to tell us they would not cover things that our policy ensured they would, Jake was there with pictures and videos and any documentation you can think of. Even though I think we probably set the record for length of claim, Jake was always so darn nice and encouraging. He was in our corner every step of the way.

Of course when we got the green light and it came time to actually do the repairs, Jeremy and his team were equally incredible. Very communicative. Helped us pick out beautiful replacement materials, and him and his team knocked the work out so quickly! The quality of the work they did was just so awesome! I honestly feel like our kitchen looks better than it ever did. Jeremy and his team were an absolute joy to be around too! I wish I could remember all of their names, because I would love to shout them out individually. Even just when they were cracking jokes and chatting with us in between things, it really helped us keep our spirits up. Seriously thank you all so much!

Choosing Flood Rewind was luck, but we just feel so fortunate to have found them. I don’t know how we could have possibly made it through this process without them. They were so professional and friendly. When you wake up one morning and realize your kitchen has essentially been destroyed it’s so hard to imagine a time when it will ever be back to normal, and when you have an insurer who leaves you hanging, it’s so hard to believe that everything will be ok… but Flood Rewind made it easy. And the quality of their work made our kitchen feel better than it ever has, which is a dream we never would have pictured a year ago. Thank you again so much, guys!! The actual work flood rewind did was excellent. The communication was completely unacceptable. I received daily automated texts pressuing me to start the project, but had to call repeatedly to get any question answered. I paid the deposit on a Saturday and was told they would start the project on Monday. At 9am Monday morning I received a text that the worker would be there at 9:30. The contractor showed up and told me I would not be able to use my kitchen for 4 days. Contractor then propped things up against my garage door and we nearly broke the garage door trying to get in and out. Contractor parked his truck on the driveway and leaked oil. He cleaned it when asked, but it was just another unneccesary hiccup. The bid included installing insulation. I asked the project manager to verify that it was done. He never returned my call. I finally tracked down theowner at the end of the week about all of the issues. He said "well insurance would have paid for you to stay at a hotel." (that would have been helpul to know in advance) and that he was sure the insulation was installed and the job was finished. When he finally found out the insulation was not installed, his response was, "just as I suspected. they are planning to come back and install it later."

If you have time to project manage and babysit a contractor and be ready on a moments notice to meet the contractor over multiple days then you would be happy with their service.

We were referred to Flood Rewind for Reconstruction services after our home had water back up in the basement. The amount of money that our insurance company gave us was making it hard to get our house fixed. The guys at Flood Rewind gave us an estimate, and got our insurance company to pay for repairs. All we had to pay was our deductible. Everyone was very friendly, and they did great work. I would recommend to my friends and family. Thanks again guys!

When my basement floor drain overflowed, I had no idea what I was going to do! I reached out to a friend of mine and he recommended flood rewind. They worked with my insurance company, and they remodeled my basement afterwards. Jake was amazing and answered any questions I had and was very attentive. They handled the entire claims process as well! Cannot recommended them enough!!

The Flood Rewind Team was very responsive to our flooded finished basement. Within an hour of our call they were here with a team to start removing the water from our basement and even had a plumber onsite to replace our sump pump. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone that experiences a flooded basement.

It was tough to communicate with them sometimes, but once connected to Brock and Fred, everything went well. They are very professional and honest. We had a great experience with them.

We had a very bad experience with Flood Rewind and strongly recommend not using them.

They started late, used third-party contractors even though they brand themselves as specializing in flood/mold restoration, and communicated poorly with us and the contractors they used.

When the estimator/foreman came out, we discussed installing wallpaper to cover the half of the wall that had moldy paneling removed and were told this would be scheduled upon completion of the other work.
After nearly 4 weeks of not having anyone scheduled, my wife finally left a message at their office threatening to call the BBB out of desperation and got a text late Saturday evening saying they'd send someone out that sunday. We told them we didn't need or want them to come on a Sunday (we were just panicked that they didn't return calls for nearly a month) and they sent them anyway. Same 3rd party contractors came out, and when asked, told us they really didn't have experience installing wallpaper. They were not planning to prep the seams/holes on the drywall first and were getting ready to put it on in the wrong direction. We asked them to return when they had time to do all of the prep (and apologized that they had to come out on a Sunday).
My wife called Flood Rewind’s office and spoke to the owner (Brock) and explained our frustration, only to get told she was asking for too much. She explained why the drywall needed prepping before applying wallpaper. Though he finally relented that this was true, he continued to defend and talk over her in an incredibly disrespectful tone until she finally had to hang up or she would have just continued to be talked at by a man who had demonstrated zero respect or understanding- and this was the owner! After 6 weeks since the start (job was said to take a week) the job was never finished and the owner went back on his word when he said he would have the poor craftsmanship addressed. Definitely look elsewhere if you want a finished quality job.
