My experience with flood rewind did not go well. They were consistently not communicating with me and repairs that admittedly by the contractor should have taken a couple weeks took over 2 months. I had to call there office to try to get answers and request to speak with the owner but then the contractor would finally call me with no response from owner. Materials were drastically over ordered and other pieces were not ordered causing me to purchase supplies out of pocket. They also miscalculated the amount we could spend on flooring so we got lessor value floors than we should have.

Flood Rewind was great to work with! Eliam was very talented and professional and did a fantastic job patching 2 big holes in our ceiling. The owner Brock was very easy to reach out to if we had any questions. I would recommend them to others!

Brock and Jeremy from flood rewind were there within the hour! they made sure that every ounce of water was removed from the premises, and took every care to make sure that there was not even a hint of mold! Im not sure where to start with this review, so I will start by thanking the Flood Rewind team for helping me with my insurance claim.

I had a floor drain in my house start gushing water out of it. The plumber had to unclog the drain. My insurance company kept dragging their feet, and my house sat torn up for weeks.

Brock came in, wrote an estimate, and helped me keep the ball rolling with my insurance company. The insurance company was trying to repair my home as cheap as possible, and I didnt feel like they were trying to restore my property to pre-loss conditions. It took Brock a couple of weeks to get everything sorted out with the insurance. By the end of the project, the insurance repaired my home as they should have in the first place. My house looks great, and the work looks awesome too.

Thank you to the Flood Rewind team for going above and beyond in helping the little guy make sure they dont get the short end of the stick. I would recommend using these guys for sure, they put the customer first.

This review is long over due, we had a pipe burst in our house, and it was a big job don’t get me wrong but The communication is absolutely terrible, rarely got responses back, the work done is Eh at best. I have outlets that pull out of the wall, my cabinets are uneven and have nails poking throughout the cabinets. It definitely didn’t seem like they cared a whole lot. I could go on and on. Thankfully insurance paid for this, and not myself.

I am so grateful we found Flood Rewind to help us get our basement back to functioning after a drain overflowed! They did exactly what they promised, negotiating with our (difficult) insurance company, finding quality contractors, and restoring our basement to how it was before the water damage. Fred and Brock were always professional, empathetic, and kind during this process and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone experiencing this type of damage!

Crews were quick to remove damage, dry the space thoroughly, and then restore to like new. They even worked with us on upgraded flooring and finishes. Problems were handled promptly.
