They are extremely professional, thorough with their attention to detail, and have been very accommodating to any of my company's needs. The quality of their work is exceptional, and I will be using Musselman & Hall for any rail/construction/project management work that I may need in the future.

I have worked with M&H on several projects over the past several years and each time they have met and/or exceeded expectations. They are competitive in price, show up when they're supposed to and work safely and efficiently. On a recent project I had asked for them to start the work earlier than scheduled. They responded by having a crew available on short notice. This was critical in that the overall project came in on time with no delays. My Great-Great Uncle Herman Hall was the founder of this company with Mr. Musselman! Love learning family history. Didn't know G-G Uncle Herman, he died before my time. But his wife, my great great Aunt Ida L. Hall was like a grandmother to me.
I remember going places with my "Ann-Ida", as I called her; and EVERYONE in Sedalia always referred to her as MRS. HALL. She was the matriarch of the family!
It pleases me that a time of my family History is still going. Uncle Herman & Mr Musselman would be proud !!!!

They know how the road projects progress!

Their awesome! Public Works fixed the crosswalk light within two days at 103rd/King St. that I reported. We can depend on them. Fixed potholes that I reported in Shawnee also several months ago animously. They did an excellent job between 75th and 69th and Quivira!

They’ve left a metal plate in the street not covering anything for over 3 weeks. The plate is loose and just makes noise all day and night. 6 phone calls and “work orders” in for it and nothing has been done in 3 weeks. Lawyers are getting involved now. People
Can’t sleep!

Very unprofessional and rude. When I called to cancel my appointment I was told “that actually helps us” by the man on the phone. Not a great interaction, I would not recommend this company.

Value Clean Restoration did an excellent job for us. John and Jake were both great to work with professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout the entire process.

We had a water loss in our lower level, and they came in and handled everything from start to finish. They made the situation much less stressful and kept things moving efficiently.

Pricing was reasonable, and the quality of work and communication stood out. Very helpful team. Would definitely recommend.

This company did a great job of cleaning my dryer vent in September of 2025. Eight months later I called to ask a question and the employee spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, talking me through my dryer issues. He was honest and extremely helpful.
