Well this company was recommended by Reddi and if you read my review on Reddi, then you can understand my review on Value Clean. First, the work was not complete, and after I found that the work was incomplete and contacted the company, was given the run-around again, then I understood why Reddi recommended this company. After the job was completed and i use the term lightly and paid the person, he left my side door wide open and left. DO NOT, REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are other companies, please read the reviews!

Beware - when their first question is, “how much will your insurance cover?” Know that this company will repeatedly disregard your requests for how much the work will cost and will run the full amount of your insurance payment. The insurance claims person stated that the work should have cost half what I was billed. Disappointed that they took advantage of a bad situation and that we were desperate to get water damage corrected. Lesson learned - will not use them again.

Had Value Clean take care of my house regarding a water damage. Did an excellent job. Couldn't believe how fast they showed up when I called in. Worked with my insurance company and was impressed with overall service. Would definitely recommend! Doing a duct cleaning next week after reconstruction is done. Thanks guys!

I was very happy with Value clean. First One of the owners John came and explained thoroughly what they do. Then he had his men come out and take care of the problem. Jacob and another worker did a great job and explained what to do going further . They we're very professional from the owner to the workers and we were very happy with their service.

I had a great experience with VCI. We had a sewage line back up in our basement. John Alverez was extremely informative & professional. His team (Jake & Ryan) was prompt and very thorough; going above and beyond. They power washed the basement & cleaned our ductwork. A huge thanks to them in a time of crisis. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants an excellent job done and peace of mind that their property is thoroughly cleaned and safe after a disaster like ours.

This company did a great job. Hired them after my sump pump failed to clean up the flooded damage in my basement. I really appreciated Ryan and Oscar's efforts to minimize further damage. Moved all my furniture and even put down plastic. I really felt that they went way beyond my expectations. So much so, that I even hired them to do air duct cleaning on my furnace. I have to say, I'm very impressed with the professionalism of this company. First company to actually do what they say they will do. Showed up on time and every time they have come over, they have been polite, neat, and explain everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend!

Despite the late afternoon/evening call about a leak in the basement ceiling that was getting worse by the minute, they dispatched someone right away. Ryan arrived and got to work swiftly, which gave me a valuable peace of mind that the situation was under control. Ryan was professional and informative both while here at the house as well as with my many follow up questions and concerns. I would feel comfortable recommending.

Nothing says “good morning” like finding a backed up main line and the entire neighborhood’s sewage all over your basement. As soon as the plumber cleared the line, I called Value Clean. John came out, assessed the damage, gave me a detailed plan and price and had a crew here in just a couple of hours. Jake got the guys set up and they went to work. Less than four hours later, my basement was clean, no longer stinky and fans were doing their drying magic. Everyone was professional and the work was top notch. I highly recommend John, Jake and the Value Clean team.

If there had been more stars, I would have given them a higher rating. Jake, Lonnie and Michael came to my house numerous times to assist me after some water damage. They removed the wet flooring and brought in 27 fans placed throughout my house to begin the drying process. They came a couple of times to see progress which I appreciated. They were thorough, fully explained what they were doing and were pleasant to work with. I texted Jake a couple of times with questions and he welcomed my issues no matter the time of day/night. I had no idea what was involved after experiencing water damage but I sure was extremely glad to have this company here to help me!

We had water damage from the recent storms and started calling around to the large companies and crickets. We were referred from a friend and placed the call. Jake was out here the same day and walked us through everything . We had a crew out the next day to rip the carpet out, inspect for any mold, mold remediation and got fans going. The next day the owner John called to make sure everything was going as expected. Today they came and everything is done. From the owner John down to Lonny and the crew the customer services could not have been better. Still don’t have a return call from bigger boys.

My plumber highly recommended Value Clean after repairing a pipe that burst in my basement wall. He discovered mold from a slow drip that had been going for who knows how long. Jake and his team of Michael and Moises provided excellent mold remediation services. They went the extra mile to allay my concerns and I couldn't be more pleased with their friendly interactions and excellent customer service. Their price point was more affordable than the estimates of two other service providers I also checked into.

We had water damage from water heater leak and had Value Clean do the Mitigation and floor and wall drying. Jacob was very friendly and definitely knew what he was doing. Got the whole job done quickly and we were very happy with the service we got from them. Spent time talking with John also. He is a very upfront and very transparent with my wife and I. He has been doing this for quite a while and really knows his stuff. Both gentlemen are very good and knowledgeable at what they do. I would recommend them highly and they did a 5 star job. What a great experience! The admin team rocks. They answered my calls, texts, questions- even presented a quote within 24 hours. The techs - Josh & Dustin showed up on time and were super knowledgeable and professional!! The team lead/supervisor even stopped by during install to make sure I was happy & loved my new gutters!

A limb hit and smashed a section of my gutter that Jet Stream installed a few years ago. I thought I would have trouble getting only a short section replaced, but it was no problem. They found my specifications in their records, got me on the schedule, and the crew finished the job within an hour after arriving.

I had a tree fall on my gutter during a recent storm. I contacted Jet Stream & Gary came out to give me a quote. Donna set me up with a range of time when they would be out and a couple weeks later Steve and crew showed up on time and got straight to work. He consulted me on what had been quoted to make sure they were doing the right thing. They had me review the work when they were finished & did a great job!
