I recently had a full gutter replacement from hail claim, I have not worked with JetStream before. While i didn't deal with sales directly their bids for different size options were very reasonable. Gabe, Luigi, and Yanir did my install and were prompt and efficient. They accommodated my concerns and kept me informed with issues they incurred along the way. They went out of their way to make sure I was pleased with the outcome. I would recommend JetStream to others for gutter work.

We needed to have our roof replaced after one of the recent hailstorms.  We were tired of the storm-chasing roofing companies bothering us and trying to trick us into signing a contract, so we sought recommendations for a good local roofing company.  One of our friends suggested Mike Hedgecock, owner of Ratliff Enterprises.

From beginning to end, Mike listened to us well - he answered every question honestly and addressed every concern thoroughly.  Instead of pressuring us to sign a contract immediately, he sat at the table with us and developed a relationship.  Instead of pressuring us to buy the upsell items, he offered suggestions and thoughts and then gave us time to think through them and do our own research.  He showed up on day one of the project and then again to check on progress - he not only checked in with the roofing and gutters crews (who were polite and hard working), he also checked in with us.  When the project was finished, Mike went up on the roof himself and inspected the work.  Afterwards, when our insurance claim check had still not arrived, Mike did not ask for payment until we received the check.  We were pleased with the overall process and the results. We know that, at any time in the future, we can call Mike if we want to share a concern, ask a question, or just "pick his brain" about anything - and he will be there for us!

Good:
New gutters were installed and they slope and drain correctly to downspouts

Bad:
Downspouts when reconnected to gutters are not seal tight like they were before. Pitch on 2 small sections of gutters to feed into main guttering was incorrect, and there is a gap in main guttering where the water doesn't flow into gutter and it goes right next to my foundation.

Edit after response from owner on Google review. Deflectors not reinstalled after work performed. Call into Ratliff multiple times to get it fixed. Then reinstalled with no end caps. How many times an I supposed to call them to fix their continuous issues?

I called Ratliff to help out an elderly friend of mine. Ratliff was more than willing to complete a small job, and even do a small job that wasn't typically something they do. I followed up with my friend and they were very very pleased with the Ratliff team. I really appreciate the work ethic this team demonstrated, and how far they went to help out this customer. I would suggest that you DO NOT use Ratliff for your guttering needs. In 2011 following a hail storm I had Ratliff install all new gutters and downspouts on my home. I also had a different company install a completely new roof at the same time. Ever since I had the new roof and gutters installed I will occasionally (a couple times a year) have a small interior leak in one particular area of my home. I've had the roofers out multiple times and finally during the last visit the roofing foreman showed me what may be part of the problem. I have a peak over my front door and Ratliff did the guttering, for some reason, different ways on each side. On one side the water correctly drains from the peak into the gutter and then into a downspout. On the other side there is a gutter but instead of having a downspout like it should, the back of the gutter was left open. Therefore, all the water from the peak rolls down the roof, into the gutter, and then backwards up against the house. The roofer was puzzled why they would have done it this way and requested that I call Ratliff back out to properly install a downspout and get the water away from that area.
When I was finally able to get an estimator from Ratliff out to my house he acknowledged the problem and had no idea why it was done that way and why there wasn't a downspout on the problem side. He then proceeded to tell me it would be $295 to repair the area. I stated the job was not done correctly the first time and I didn't think it was fair to be charged $295 to fix their problem. The estimator said he would "talk to the boss" and let me know.
I never received a phone call like I requested to discuss the issue. Instead I received an estimate in the mail for $295 to "redo gutter on the south side of gable".
I highly, highly suggest you find a different company for your guttering needs.

Exceptionally poor services and communication. After one repair, the man who did the job tried to get my husband to pay in cash on the spot, and when my husband refused he said to him that the company would bill us for 300 when he was only asking for 100 on the spot. Super sketchy and unprofessional. This was after we already had multiple issues with this company. When my husband tried to call Mike to tell him about it, he never returned his call (which was par for the course by that point).

Other people seem to have had good experiences, but that was not the case for us. We were especially shocked since this company was recommended to us by our realtor. When we told our realtor about our experience, he was equally surprised and upset.

I hope other people have better interactions than we did.

My husband and I just bought a new home, we hired Ratliff to do our gutters and we had ZERO problems or complications! Everyone was VERY helpful, respectful, and kind. The work they did is absolutely beautiful!! I would recommend Ratliff Enterprises 10 times out of 10!!

Chad was very helpful getting a quote quickly and working with my insurance. The crew was out the next week and worked efficiently to get the job done! They were friendly and cleaned up well when they were finished. Will definitely be recommending this company and using later when I plan to redo the siding! Thanks guys!!

Mike was AWESOME to work with! Got out for a bid within the hour, worked with our insurance company, and got the job done quick and efficiently! Couldn't even tell they had replaced the whole roof. They cleaned everything up and the roof and guttering looks wonderful! Thank you Mike :)
