I needed repairs from wind damage to my house. It was done beautifully and in less than a week at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier!

I would highly recommend Ratliff Enterprises. Mike and his crew took down and put on a whole new roof for me. They were professional, efficient and kind. They cleaned up everything as they went and put on a really nice, solid roof for me! I would not go anywhere else for my roofing and or guttering needs!
Mike is very dependable, and a man of his word!

Ratliff installed a new roof and gutters on a house we had just purchased. Mike (owner) was very easy to work with, making multiple trips out to discuss the job, provide samples, etc. He provided a straightforward estimate, and stuck to the numbers even when we asked for minor changes after the fact (no extra billing)! Work crews were diligent, timely, professional, and polite. Mike stopped by every day to ensure everything was going well and that we were happy. Mike was happy to answer questions or concerns we had during the job and had no problem having his crews address small details that I asked about. His foreman Gaston also stopped by most days and Mario the lead installer was the first one there, last one out every day. Job was done as promised, when promised. Overall this was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor. We've had one good hard rain on the new roof and so far no issues have come up. Will post updated review if follow up with Mike is needed down the road (5-year warranty on Ratliff's work).

PS their bid was also the most competitive out of three we received.

My experience with Ratliff Enterprises to have my roof replaced was excellent in all ways. They were responsive, knowledgeable, attentive to concerns, friendly and professional. They provided a competitive estimate and scheduled the project in a very timely manner considering the unpredictability of winter weather. The crew performed the work efficiently and professionally, the clean-up and removal of materials was thorough, and I am very pleased with the appearance of the new roof!

Ratliff was responsive when I needed my roof replaced. They went well beyond all expectations in quality, professionalism and customer service. Their work is outstanding. Second to none. I will happily hire them in the future for any roofing issued.

The salesman who came to give estimate was friendly and professional, but he didn't bid the job correctly because more work had to be done later (for an additional charge). The workers who came out tried to install used materials, then I called them on it and they had to reschedule so they could pick up new materials. The owner apologized for this but it still took another week to get the work done. The initial repair didn't work and I called the salesman who was still friendly, but took several days to return my call and then several more days to schedule the second fix.
Overall the experience wasn't great. I even tried to contact the office staff about my dissatisfaction, but they didn't return email or phone call. Communication with this company is poor and the work done is just average.

The workers were on time, finished in a timely manner, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job for a finished product! The price was also very reasonable.

Great customer service, I called and they got right back to me. They had to ordered some materials for my roof, but communication was great. Materials came in as stated and a crew was sent to my house. Crew did the job in a professional manner - showed up when stated, courteous of my property and clean up was great. Job well done! My roof looks great.

As a local real estate agent, there is not another roofing company that comes close to the top notch, attention to detail, customer service that Ratliff Enterprises gives. If you need anything from a new roof, siding or gutters, they are hands-down the best in town.

Ratliff was amazing! Jason came out and gave me a quote and answered all my questions. They installed a brand new gutter, fixed the slopes in the gutters, cleaned out all the gutters, and added gutter guards. At the end they tasted to make sure everything was working properly. Would highly recommend!

Thanks Ratliff Enterprises – my home looks brand new! We had Ratliff install new siding, gutters and downspouts on our South Overland Park, KS home. It was just the facelift we needed! The price was very reasonable compared to competitors, the quality of the work was outstanding, communication through the project was great, and the crew was professional and responsive to questions or requests. I appreciated it when they thoroughly cleaned up the property after the project was completed. We get so many compliments on the new look! We couldn’t be happier!

We had a new roof installed after the storm we had several weeks ago. The roof looks great. They did a wonderful job and were able to the job on my son’s day off.

Mike is a very good salesman. I believe he could make a decent living selling cow patties. If you are looking for just cosmetics in a new roof...call him. If you want a roof that is done right, with no leaks (2 weeks later) call someone else. There are plenty of good contractors to choose from, this one belongs at the bottom of your list. The picture is of flashing installed where the roof meets a concrete wall. This is his idea of "quality workmanship". Sky lights installed off center by 3 inches!! Save yourself some stress and call a professional, not a jack of all trades.
Mike, I'm laughing at your response, the thought of a 70 yr old woman intimidating a roofing crew speaks volumes.

Ratliff Enterprises did an outstanding job on our new roof and gutters! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept the property clean throughout the project. Communication was excellent and every question we had was answered quickly and clearly.

Update: the company called and made things right the following day. Their response was prompt and the communication was impeccable.Most definitely do not recommend!!! The young gentleman came out to clean the gutters and left debris everywhere, on my car included. Attempted to call but no answer. When the gentleman came to the door he stated he would clean the debris cleary…

This is the 3rd time I have used Ratliff Enterprises to do work for me and by far the biggest project yet. We were on a crazy tight timeline due to the closing of our home and they responded and did everything they could to meet our timeline which they did successfully. Our new roof and gutters looked great. The communication throughout the project was great and I could not of ask anymore out of a contractor. I would highly recommend. I would also like to mention this is an owner operated company and I like working with companies where you have direct access to the owner who is onsite a lot and very available. The best contractor I have worked with in years.

Ratliff installed new vinyl siding on our Overland Park home. I was referred to them by a neighbor. This was a project that I should have committed to years ago, but finally decided this was time, summer of 2025.
John the salesman surveyed our home and submitted the proposal. We chose 8" Certainteed board & batten vinyl, Natural Clay.
John was tremendous to work with throughout the whole process. Was always available and oversaw the installation on-site a number of times. Outstanding communications. The install crew was fun to see work. Hard workers and fun personalities. Always on time - no issues whatsoever.
No problems to correct. 100% satisfied. I would certainly recommened Ratliff for vinyl siding.

Great experience! JRG came out on time, and listened to my concerns. Then they worked up a plan to solve my drainage issues. Their work is holding up great!
