I had a great experience working with TruBlue Plumbing in replacing a shower in my home! Bill was excellent to work with. His communication couldn't have been better! He always responded to my text messages to him very quickly!

I had purchased the materials for the shower from a local home improvement store, not from Tru Blue. When the materials were delivered to my home, the shower materials arrived damaged on two different occasions. Bill and his crew were very patient in working with me and rescheduling and came back three times to install the shower.

Their crew of Ben and Marissa were awesome in installing the shower walls, shower doors, and faucet. In their 3 visits they were always very polite, very detailed in their work, and always cleaned up when they were finished.

I had several estimates and felt TruBlue was very reasonable in their costs. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

The crew at TruBlue are outstanding. I originally brought them on for drywall and insulation but after seeing their work I quickly asked for more projects. Now I've got new flooring, drywall, insulation, kitchen backsplash, new doors, and more projects planned!

TruBlue of North JoCo came out to remove and replace rotted deck boards, then power washed and stained the deck. We appreciated their flexibility to work with our schedule - scheduling went very smoothly. The attention to detail was very high. We are very pleased with the work they did in restoring our deck.

TruBlue did an amazing job remodeling our master bedroom, bathroom and closet. Great communication! The crew showed up when they said they would be there. The project was done quickly and the outcome was exactly what we wanted! I highly recommend this company. We will definitely be using them for future projects!

We have used Otero a few times for different plumbing and landscaping needs and our experience has been excellent in each instance. They installed a sprinkler system in our yard and it has been working great for more than 3 years now. Trustworthy and reliable.

We hired Armando two years ago to help rebuild our sprinkler system, fix the fence, landscape, and install sod after we put in a pool. We got numerous bids and he was very affordable. And he is delightful!! He proactively reaches out to schedule our sprinkler turning off and on. He has been back many times for different yard jobs. We have referred him to family and neighbors and everyone is so happy with his service. He is a wonderful human and does good work.

Armando and his team are great to work with. They can handle any of your landscaping projects. They put these lights on my retaining wall and we love it.

He acted promptly to resolve the drainage issue in the house, which had been pending for quite some time. He even took pictures to document the situation, which is great. As for the unpleasant smells in the master restroom (the official request was sent on November 17th, 2024), suggesting a smoke test is a practical approach to identifying the source of the issue. Overall, he addressed both concerns efficiently, and I appreciate the quick action taken

The scheduling and communication are top notch, making it easy to set appointments. Tech is reliable, showed up on time, explained the work to be completed, setting the expectations up front. Recently had an issue with circulation fan not working. Property manager used Lula and a tech came out the next morning. Fabio was very considerate and professional. He kept me informed as things progressed and was back the next day to install a new motor. Great service, would recommend highly!
