Technician was very prompt and professional. Started working as soon as he and his assistant arrived and didn't stop until the job was completed.

The repairman was sent out as a vendor for my landlord. He was punctual (even after driving 80 miles to get to me!). I liked that I could track his progress driving to me and appreciated knowing an actual real arrival time. He was polite and answered all my questions patiently and honestly. He was hard working with a a positive attitude. I would recommend

Wow! What amazing customer service. They called, set the appointment. We’re right within the window and didn’t have me sitting around all day. Came in put in the new dishwasher didn’t track up the house tested it before they left and we’re in and out. I am so pleased! Top quality.

The Lula repair man that replaced my garbage disposal was on time, very professional and did the job fast. I would definitely recommend Lula if you want the job done right the first time.

The Technician (Oran) was courteous. He did an awesome job. He is a maintenance keeper. He completed repairs and the door looks much better. I appreciate his work and if any maintenance needs arises in future I would like for him to be offered the job.

They have scheduled 3 separate appointments and they have no showed each time. Highly dissatisfied with their company, nothing is being done to compensate me for time missed at work and I have to continually call for any answers to be told a tech can’t make their SCHEDULED appointment.

Edit to add: now have no showed me a 4th time after installing the wrong equipment.

Great people, great knowledge and saved me money! What more could you ask for .

Had a great experience with the technician. He explained the process to me, pros and cons of different approaches and why he was taking the approach with this job given the level of degradation in the tub.

Our property manager scheduled a service to replace a faulty Thermal switch for a 9 yrs old electric stove appliance . They charged us $498 ( $348 labor + $150 part ). We are a little disappointed with the repair cost upcharge since the cost for a brand new stove is around 600/900 usd .

Lula didn't take a long time to send Steve out to install my AC unit. Steve is a great worker and cleaned up after completing the job.

From start to finish, there was clear, consistent communication on their end with me. Speaking in person and via text and phone was pleasant.

They did everything they could to accommodate my schedule better. Installation was quick. Apart from some trouble to get something scheduled, I had an all around good experience with Lula!

My home has a small fire back in APRIL 2025. Lula was hired by my rental company to send someone to fix it. So Lula hires a HANDYMAN that lives over an hour away to come and fix it. He did the WORST JOB EVER! (ky kan out of NC). He put the WRONG siding up, messed up the metal work and put a cover over the fire box that is supposed to have a specific box on it- NOT what he put up there.
After 4.5 mths of complaining- Lula STILL has not gotten it fixed correctly AND they are charging me almost $3300 for something I got 3 estimates for myself- and ALL 3 were $1800 or less! I got 3 estimates the same week we had the fire! Why they think its Legal to charge someone almost double the Highest estimate is I have no idea. But this is unfair, illegal and I am NOT standing for it! I have been complaining for over 4mths now for the amount they are trying to charge me AND the fact that its been over 4mths and no one has come to fix it correctly. I told them- dont bother coming back.

Only 3 stars because the technician was wonderful. The text communication for setting up an appointment is tacky and they are rude asl. I wouldn’t have used them if I had to pay for it ONLY because of the rude as service. The technician did his job effectively and it wasn’t one problem.

When vendors come out to fix issues the issue must be explained again as they are unaware. Issues and pictures are not shared with the vendors and they never stick to the timeframe you communicated.

The a/c techs & installers were top notch! They even placed a portable a/c unit in my condo to insure that I had cool air until the install was complete! Been cool ever since! Thanks Lula!! Y’all did a great job! Highly recommend these folks for any HVAC work!! 🥳🌬️💨❄️☃️⛸️🛷🥇💪🏽🤙🏼🙏🆒✅‼️

Though the appliance repair wasn’t done on the first try the technician kept us up to date on why it could not been completed and gave us an estimated return date. He was knowledgeable and friendly and up front with everything.
