Tim with Augustine Exterminators is the best. Highly qualified, very professional, friendly, kind, and Honest! We had a horrible case of termites and ants last year. He had our house treated and this was our yearly inspection to make sure nothing has invaded. We’re all clear and we can tell. Augustine Exterminators whole crew and staff are beyond fabulous to work with.

Augustine is always quick to respond to concerns. Their termite protection has been great - they periodically stop by to check the system and deliver bait as needed. No scheduling or work needed on my end outside of paying the annual bill. Highly recommend Augustine for your pest control needs.

Lee did an amazing job and communicated with me very well. He took care of a very large wasp nest with approximately 17 wasps. He also sprayed our house’s exterior to keep the wasps from coming back. The cost was very reasonable and it was done quickly. I will call them again for future extermination needs.

Not only have we had to deal with fewer pests inside our house, when they came today while no one was home, they were so respectful of our property, and mindful of our dogs, that we weren't even sure they were actually here for a minute. They shut our annoying to latch gate so perfectly, that it didnt look like it'd been touched and barely left a hint of their presence behind- which is incredibly impressive. They do great work and we love working with them

Easy to work with, friendly and not pushy or sales-forward like other pest control services I have worked with in the past. They promote appropriate solutions to resolve issues giving honest feedback and suggestions(we had a mouse problem at a rental home). They did a thorough inspection inside & outside our home and followed up within a week & applied Termidor around our entire house & under our front porch. Excellent response time was the first impressive fact. Dave the serviceman was thorough and he spent the necessary time required to accomplish eradicating and removing the hornets nests to my satisfaction. A few hours later there was absolutely no activity detected. Dave was patient and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I'd been stung multiple times 12 days ago so getting this done right was essential. Mary also was considerate and great to work with. Great job. I would definitely hire them again.
