I have been using Augustine for many years and have always been pleased with their service and care. Their tech Sam is very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. He took the time to explain everything and was prompt in his delivery.

On time, courteous, friendly, came up with a plan, explained for approval. A tricky place to treat as it is right next to my koi pond. He came up with a plan that was best for the health of my fish as well. Thanks Collyn!!!

Fantastic service from a very kind, respectful and determined exterminator.! Dave donned his bee suit and put my mind at ease, terminating a very large and angry nest of yellow jackets. He even sacrificed himself, being stung 3 times (one on the tip of his nose!). Very happy we did not try and do this ourselves! Thrilled with his annihilation tactics!

SCOTT was outstanding, VERY nice and Professional. New what He was doing and did it in a timely manor. Couldn't be happier with His service.

I called Augustine company and set the appointment with Tim, he came and checked everything and everywhere and let me know what is needed to be done and gave me the estimate, pryor to call Augustine company i did called couple other companies with big name, buy none of them were good enough as far as checking and inspecting as good as Tim with Augustine.
Tim later on came and did what needed to be done and explained everything about the job.
Their price wasn’t the cheapest, but i was happy with it because he did extremely nice job.
Sometimes you can’t go with the cheapest price you have to go with who does the best possible job. i was very happy with the price and the job that was done.

Derek was absolutely amazing! So informative, thorough and SO kind! I was running behind and he was so understanding. Also, he threw a tennis ball for my crazy pup and that was so nice! Amazing experience with this company!

I have been very impressed with the service provided by Augustine Exterminators, especially the technician Lamont, who has visited my home twice. He is incredibly thorough and professional, and I sincerely appreciate that he never pressures me into purchasing services I don't need. The treatments are consistently effective—I haven’t seen a single bug for the rest of the year following his visits. I highly recommend them and will certainly use their services again.

The cost for services was less expensive than other national companies. Like that they’re locally owned.
All the staff we’ve dealt with is very helpful and pleasant. Can tell they love their jobs!

I tried contacting this pest control company multiple times, but every call went straight to voicemail. I wasn’t able to reach anyone, and I chose not to leave a voicemail. Unfortunately, the lack of direct communication made it difficult to schedule or get any information about their services. I hope they improve their availability moving forward.

American Pest Management has been nothing but professional and knowledgeable with me. I was having issues with ants and rolly pollies, they were calm and gave me multiple options that were safe for my family and my dogs. Treatments have been effective and they stand by their work. Highly recommend using them and especially my technician Lance who is always kind and a wonderful friendly face during treatments. We have loved getting to know him. This is a hometown company that cares and so far we have been highly satisfied. Even the ladies in the office are sweet and attentive.

Andrew Perkins got rid of all my cockroaches. I highly recommend him for all pest control!

Highly recommend!!! Easy to set up and get started. No pressure to buy a more expensive plan. I love that it is the same guy every time so you get to build a relationship, and you know you are getting consistent service. We work with Lance who is the best! Very personable, but professional, honest, great with kids, knows his stuff. He always comes to the door to let me know he’s there and asks if we need anything addressed. If I’m unavailable to answer the door, or I’m not home, he carries on and does his business. It’s one less thing on our plates, and we love the results. I haven’t seen a spider in the basement since we started with them, and we used to see one every day. If you’re on the fence, it’s worth every penny. Great company to work with.

I've been working with American Pest Management KC for multiple years now primarily for termite prevention using the Sentricon system as well as Odorous House Ant and Carpenter Ant management. Thus far I've been very satisfied with their services, plus they have reasonable pricing while not locking you into a contract which is super nice.

Lance has been my main technician and does a great job! He's very thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly! He is happy to answer questions, talk through what's going on, provide education, and make sure I'm comfortable with any steps taken for treatment.

Definitely recommend this group!
