We are selling our home in MO and back and forth to our new home in MN. I found it very easy to schedule and the teams coming to our house have been very professional. The do a great job and are very thorough. I would use them again and couldn’t recommend higher.

I used their services weekly for two months and I was very pleased. The associates who cleaned were pleasant, professional and thorough. They always arrived on time and worked hard. I also found the back office to be responsive to needed schedule changes, etc. I would highly recommend Two Maids to anyone looking for a deep clean of their home!

I am happy so far. It's nice to have a mostly dust-free house, clean bathrooms, clean kitchen, and freshly vacuumed floors. I had them change the linens this time, and it was nice to sleep on fresh sheets. I will keep using Two Maids and a Mop.

Tracy and the crew were wonderful to communicate with prior to their cleaning and during. The team was so incredibly thorough - our house has never been so clean - not even before we moved in! Thank you so much for everything - won't ever use anyone else!

Sarah McLennan and Yisela Lerma- Sanchez were fantastic. We were impressed with how much they accomplished, they were incredibly fast and efficient. They left things cleaner than I would have been capable of: hiring professionals is clearly worth it, and Two Maids was a perfect choice for us.

I have used their service for years and on 2 different homes. They are very professional and always have been very good at their work. They point out issues that may have been bigger issues if they had not been proactive. I’m not sure how much better you can ask f hard working people who are committed to their work. Mary and Sarah were excellent as always

The cleaning was half fast. Some of the tables were cleaned all of the tops were cleaned but if you had like shelves in your table nothing below the top was cleaned. None of the blinds were cleaned nor were any of the ceiling fans. The floors were still dirty after they left. And this was the second deep clean in two weeks you would think after the second time my house would be clean no that’s not the case. I would not recommend this company nor will I be using them again in the future. They left without saying goodbye and my husband had to go out and get them in the driveway because they completely forgot to do one of our bathrooms and the blinds. So they clean the blinds in the one room and did the bathroom. And the girl that who was cleaning the blinds didn’t even have the proper tools so she couldn’t reach up to clean the top of the blinds. Do not use this company.

Husband booked them to clean our house as an anniversary gift. They were so thorough that we're bringing them back regularly now. Arrived when expected, finished in reasonable time, and the house was sparkling.

We had Two Maids & A Mop provide cleaning for our house and we were very pleased with our services. Our house was spotless when they finished. Workers were professional and meticulous with everything that they cleaned. They treated our house like it was their own. Attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. We would highly recommend them to anyone that asked us for a reference. Will definitely use them again!

Do not use this company! I booked what I thought was a deep clean bi-weekly online, it wouldn’t let me choose monthly, what I wanted. The day of service only one girl showed to clean my 4,000 square foot, 3 floor home. I questioned and she stated something wasn’t booked correctly. She got Kristin on the phone who updated the booking to a deep clean monthly as I wanted. She was very nice and assured me everything was resolved. I also had to pay $100 more. Over the course of the day the main girl cleaned and other girls showed up to help. By three I received a call telling me she could not finish and needed to come back the next day. I agreed, no problem. After the second day, when I got home I realized several things were not touched. Many baseboards and door frames, bases of toilets, window seals, wood floors had balls of dust not swept up, ceiling fan had black streaks, there was a carrot on the floor next to my fridge, my master closet wasn’t vacuumed, my master bath wasn’t mopped, inside of master toilet wasn’t completely cleaned, and dining room rug wasn’t vacuumed. When I took a shower I realized they broke the shower door off the glider. I reached out to Leandra who stated she would be there the next day between 10:30-11am before we left for vacation to try and fix it. I had also taken pictures of uncleaned areas to show her. The next day the appointment time came and went and she didn’t show or call me. I called her and text her and no answer or text back. She stood me up. Then two weeks later I received a text stating they would be there for our bi-weekly clean. This was incorrect, we updated to monthly. I canceled their services and asked they discard my payment info. The person on the text line stated they had no idea something was broken and they were insured and would fix it. Mind you, Leandra was the only person who ever answered that number. At that point, I no longer wanted to deal with them and declined. I also sent them text proof of the appointment they failed to show for but nothing was said about it. Of course I was charged full price for this experience which was double the other cleaning company I have hired is charging me. If anyone ever needs a cleaner, I have a great recommendation in replace of this company.

McKayla and Lexi are amazing! They left my home very clean and left no surface untouched. Heather is also amazing for sending Lexi and McKayla out to correctly provide the service we request monthly. I was very skeptical about using a cleaning service in my home, but Two Maids was the best decision I made to help reduce my stress at home.

Not just a cute name, they did a great job! Super duper thorough. I was especially worried now more than ever about keeping our place clean and they really came through. Our place went from pigsty to immaculate and now that we're encouraged to spend most of our time at home I feel way more comfortable being there knowing they'll be coming by regularly. I would definitely recommend!

We had asked for a move out clean. An absolute terrible job. Extremely disappointed in the quality of work. The two maids came during our move. This may have been overwhelming but we explained to them it would be best to follow the movers as they emptied rooms. What we got was not an entire clean. Windows were left untouched. The living room was not cleaned, we had the asked the maids to wipe out a toaster oven that was staying with the house.and I was looked at like it was a problem. The front and back doors were not cleaned, food is still.under the sofa in the living room. We closed on this house and feel terrible for the new homeowners. We are going back to finish the clean before they move in on Monday. The toilet in one bathroom was not scrubbed, a light was broken, we expected a pristine clean of the house we could walk away from without stress. We were told that the maids would be there all day. They were there for less than 2 hours. I can't explain how dissatisfied I am with this work, I paid a lot of money for not even half a job. Will not use this service again and will recommend people to reconsider Two Maids for their services.

Booked a cleaning for when my wife and I brought our new born son home from the Hospital. Everything was so clean, even the little details were there, like hand towels tied into bows. It was a great thing to come home to!

We've been using Two Maids and a Mop for a few weeks. We are incredibly impressed with their attention to detail & great job cleaning our home. Fair prices, on schedule, and do what they say they'll do. Susan & Brittany were just here today, and the house is immaculate. They did a phenomenal job, and our family would highly recommend Two Maids! Well done!

The staff was very friendly and absolutely willing to help each other. One of the ladies said that she did her best on the bathtub but it still had some marks … And someone else came in and helped her! They clearly care about doing a good job and working together. Everyone was very respectful of the space and worked very quietly… Which surprised me. I would happily take those three ladies back again! They are wizards! They were awesome. Also on the way out my neighbor noticed that I was getting my home cleaned and he asked for a card. One of the ladies grabbed hers and was able to answer his questions very quickly… Really working the Neighbor angle!

These women deserve a 10 out of 10. I am very impressed with this company and the service and I will absolutely be setting up a recurring visit.
