New client here, and new to this type of service. I was referred by a neighbor and I'm highly satisfied.

Phone communication was super easy and follow up text messaging was as fast and uncomplicated. When I initially called, Ted was able to give an approx quote based on window type and the number of window panes. His quote was right on based on an accurate window count. I found that very helpful. He did not try to rush the conversation and answered all my questions.

Ted is so very nice; you instantly know because you hear it in his voice and he demonstrates this in person as well. He had two very nice young men with him who were also very gentle individuals, and they all worked diligently and showed a great deal of care for their work and my home.

We had a few touch ups that needed to happen (because our windows were filthy before they started the first time-to be honest) and they were very kind when coming back out to address these areas. Not one time was I made to feel like I was a pain. Customer service is highly rated!!!

This service made a great difference in our daily enjoyment of our home and I highly recommend you give Shine-On a call!

I had the Silver team come to my house for a fall cleaning. Leandre, Leda, Yesenia and Claudia spent almost 5 hours cleaning! It looks better than it did before I moved in! They were VERY detailed and things I didn’t know were dirty are sparkling now! Very happy with the job done 😊
