They took over an initial deep clean before a big visit from the corporate office and did an outstanding job! From the exterior and the interior- there wasn't a single part of the building i didnt feel got the attention it needed. Very attentive to detail! I was very weary to change contracts. JanPro of KC, Joe and TJ are incredible to work with at the Carroll County Area YMCA. They check in with us frequently regarding their service and if there ever happens to be something that needs corrected (which is not often) they make sure to address it. Communication is great and service is great!

We have canceled service with this company for a few reasons. It was very difficult to get ahold of Jan Pro's billing at times. We were still getting billed for services two months after we canceled. As soon as I posted a 1-star review they responded very promptly, but it's disappointing to work with a company that doesn't respond until they get a poor review on Google. My rating is a mixture of present experiences (not good) and past experiences (good).

This was a good company for us when we first started using them, but unfortunately we have had to find another option due to repeated poor performance and missed cleanings after some personnel changes. We are very happy with our new company, and the result is a much, much cleaner office.

I had the opportunity to work with Luke at JanPro and was very impressed. Luke was very responsive to me and my company’s requests, and displayed an excellent eye for detail throughout the process. 10 out of 10, will work with him again.

I am the president of Mission Farms condos and we paid Jan Pro over $1,400 for a deep cleaning of our four stairwells, which was supposed to include impact water cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down handrails, baseboards, windowsills, interior windows and high dusting. The stairs may have been swept, but given the debris left behind, they were not vacuumed or cleaned with water. Other than that, the handrails were wiped down, and nothing else was done.

Our property manager accidentally paid the bill, and when she called to follow up on the poor service, Jan Pro said there was nothing they could do. I called myself, and left a detailed message with someone, and did not even receive a call back. We will not be using Jan Pro again in our condos.

Michael takes such wonderful care of our professional facility! We are lucky to have him. He is detail oriented and very communicative. Thank you Michael!

Joe has been so helpful as we went over what is and isn't covered in our cleaning plan. He has also been good at following up to make sure no concerns or problems.We pay less than our prior company and I can tell the office has been cleaned every morning I come in after the team has been in!

H and his cleaning crew are so friendly and do a great job. All the little details that seemed missed or infrequently cleaned with our prior company are now regularly cleaned. Trim and counters regularly dusted! No water rings on counter tops. Windows cleaned. No longer do I have to worry or do a fast spot clean when a big client is expected at the office. Highly recommend.
