Terrible. I assume a lot of these reviews are not credible after we had these people come to clean an apartment someone moved out of. Had a guy move his mother out. The 2 maids did the job you'd expect a 12 year old to do. They literally only cleaned what you see at surface level. After they left we noticed the oven was not clean, floors still dirty, mold still at the top of the rim on the stole. Window seals were still dirty, as well as the fridge. They literally didn't do a thing foreal. A lady I spoke with suggested the son who ordered the service had no complaints. Well he was also a old man himself and more than likely lacked the ability to evaluate everything. Terrible experience

This was my first time cleaning from Molly Maid, and Tristynn and Jess did a very thorough deep cleaning of my home. It was easy for me to explain exactly my priorities, and they met my expectations. They also worked so efficiently and carefully on all the details. I have many delicate items in my home, and they treated them with the same attention that I would. And whenever anything wasn’t entirely clear, they both verified with me before proceeding. Finally, before leaving they asked me to look over their work to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction.

Route 6 with Tori was phenomenal! My place was an absolute disaster after foot surgery, and not only did they do an incredible job cleaning, but they were also so kind and professional throughout the entire process.

Booked Molly Maids to get my place back in shape as caring for a new baby has left my house being slightly neglected. They had a team out the very next day. I had the honor of Team 6 cleaning my home, and I must say Tori, Toni, and Roxibel all did an amazing job. They were courteous, polite, and professional. They arrived on time, and relayed info before, during, and after the cleaning service. They even left behind a sweet little handwritten note.
I ended up paying under the quoted amount, which is always nice! The swift response and action was greatly appreciated. If ever I need a cleaning service in the future, Molly Maids will be my go-to.

Unfortunately, we were over promised and undelivered. Poor communication & untrustworthy. Did not follow through on their word with cleaning at a timely manner, forcing us to push back meetings. Then proceeded to clean on "their" time & asked us to pay full price when told it would not be our problem. Ted sold the "sweet" deal, Brian did not follow through accordingly. Good people, good company just bad follow through on what was sold/told.

They have kept my business tidy and clean for many years, can’t recommend highly enough!
