Brian the owner of the franchise came out to our house and give us an estimate. He was very nice and explained the service as we walked through our home. Makayla, Jordan and Piper did an excellent job of cleaning our house. They arrived on time and did a great job of explaining things. All three were very nice and hard working. Very professional.

I am very satisfied with Molly Maid. Cleaning my house was taking too much time away from family time on nights and weekends, and I have been having Molly Maid clean for me for over a year. The in-home estimate was professional, and I have a consistent team (lead by Christina) that cleans my house. They are friendly, considerate, thorough, pay attention to detail and are professional. I always look forward to their next visit, and definitely recommend Molly Maid of Johnson County.

I needed a last minute clean prior to moving out of my apartment. The staff at Molly Maids was so helpful and responsive. They were able to come over that same week! I felt like they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their communication through out the entire process was phenomenal as well. When it comes to moving things can be stressful and they made everything that much easier. Will definitely be using them in the future!

Makala and Luz did an amazing job cleaning our home today. We’ve had other teams from Molly Maid too and each one has been friendly and makes sure our home looks great. We have a golden retriever and Molly Maids vacuums do the trick, from our carpets to our furniture. Our house always looks good and smells great.
It's easy to get in touch with the office staff and rearrange my scheduled cleaning, when needed. We have a set day and they get here within a half hour from their set cleaning time. Very dependable.

I really needed help to get everything clean at once for a big event. Molly Maid was able to fit me in within 10 days of my event. They sent 3 ladies, who were thorough, polite and respectful of my husband and I both working at home while they did a whole house deep clean. The stuck to their schedule and quoted price and have not pressured me to sign up for a regular service.

Molly Maids have always been so reliable, professional and do a great cleaning every time! Also, they are always more than happy to accommodate any special requests (cleaning an extra floor, baseboards, etc)

Molly Maid was easy to communicate with every step of the way from the first phone call to payment, but the cleaning professionals asking me questions to ensure they focused on what was important to me was key. They were also wonderful with my pets!
I've had a very disappointing experience with a DIFFERENT company in the past and thought my expectations were too high, but Molly Maid proved that to be untrue. I can't wait to book a regular recurring service with this top notch company!

Molly Maid started out cleaning with attention to detail but have dramatically deteriorated in job performance. They are not doing all the tasks that they tout in their brochures. I have to leave a note with tasks that they missed previously so they will specifically get them done. Very disappointing & dissatisfied. From what I understand, it seems to be the norm with most cleaning services. This is not acceptable! I plan to look for another service soon.

The house was dirtier after they left than before they came. We asked them to do a one time deep spring clean with a list of priorities that we approved with the scheduler ahead of time. They checked everything off the paper list but the only thing I can confirm they did was knock all the dust out of the vents and fans/fixtures. But then they left it laying where it fell. There was dust and dust bunnies on my bed, rugs, floors. I had to vacuum the whole house when I got home (which I was avoiding doing because of my allergies which I made them aware of in advance and the reason I hired them). I told them I would pay for up to 2.5 hours (the top of their estimate) but they stayed no longer than an hour. We had moved stuff out from under the bed and furniture (as told to do) so they could clean under and behind but they did not. We will not be hiring them again and do not recommend their service.

I have a regular team lead which I love because she makes sure everything is cleaned properly. Shannon and her team come to my house once a month and do a fantastic job! They are very professional and always willing to do a little extra in the areas that need it. I would highly recommend Molly Maid!

I am editing this review because I was wrong. When addressed and discussed, the team at Molly Maids immediately addressed my concerns. Whereas the areas initially discussed were not cleaned as plannned, when discussed with the office team they made it right. I can say with confidence you can trust this team and should use them. We had a miscommunication over what I needed to be cleaned. It was not. The team addressed it and made it right. Use this company.

I’ve been using Molly Maids for 6 years. I moved in 2021 & they came with me. They do an amazing job on my weekly cleans & have done several deep cleans that were transformative. They always accolade any schedule changes. They’re wonderful.

The girls came in & started cleaning and did a great job. My husband was home with them & said they did a great job. They were very good with our 4 dogs too. I can’t wait for them to come back every 2 weeks.

The Molly maids do a great job. My house has never looked better. With their help I am now able to focus on decluttering and organizing vs. cleaning as well. They did a great job at being respectful about my spouse working from home and being quiet and discreet. Being able to take something off my plate as a full time working mom, and spouce it’s nice to have help.
