They were so fast and friendly! We were so relieved to find such reasonably priced service so quickly to removed our unwanted furniture and other items. We wented a large trailer that they allowed us to fill in our requested time frame and they communicated with us every step of the way. I would 100% recommend to anymone!

We are beyond thrilled with how our carpets and rugs turned out , after winter they all needed to be cleaned and I had almost given up hope they would come clean at all, but they feel and look amazing , the workers were so professional and polite , I couldn't be happier!

I'm going to start off by saying excellent job👍🏿👍🏿I give this company 2 thumbs up for the work they came an did at my house. I have a monkey an 4 big dogs so pet stains is part of my life🤔 when I say after they left you wouldn't even think I had any animals at all.. that's how great of a job they did getting out the pet stains. An one more thing they also provide earth friendly solutions. For those who have allergies. So if you have carpets that need attention give them a call they are responsible on price.

I am very disappointed. I called them last week and told the young woman who answered the phone that I needed a firm quote to turn in to my management before I could hire them. I gave her exact room dimensions, info about how soiled the carpet was. She said they had a minimum trip charge of $90 and that should cover the cost. When Roland arrived he measured the room and said it would be $200. I explained the quote I received and he said he wouldn't do it for that. He kept saying "we like to be transparent". The time for being transparent was when I made the appointment. Charging me more after you arrive is not "transparent". It is bait and switch. Consumers be aware. I have an event this Saturday and don't have my carpets clean. More than frustrating!

Alva and team 2 cleaned my house yesterday. WOW! It has never been so clean. I have 2 large dogs who shed, track in dirt and make cleaning a real challenge! It was wonderful to come home to a clean house(even the woodwork and large a/c vent). Thank’s to the Maids and team 2 for excellent cleaning service!

We have used the maids off and on over the past few years and recently asked them back to give this mama some sanity! The house was a mess and Hana’s Team (#06) went above and beyond my expectations! I could feel my anxiety decrease with each cleaned room. They did a fantastic job, were considerate and professional (both my husband and I work from home) and I would highly recommend them!

These workers always do an amazing job! I leave my house a disaster for them to clean (I have 4 kids that are age kindergarten and younger!) and when I come home, I come back to a clean, organized paradise. Every team does an amazing job, but whenever I get Team 9 with Catalina, it's extra amazing! I love that I can trust my house to such amazing professionals.

As a side note, my parents always wanted maids but never pulled the trigger until they saw the results The Maids did for my house. They didn't just get any maids, they hired this company too!

I've used The Maids for many years and they clean my house very well. They are careful, prompt, efficient, and consistent. All the teams are good - most recently our team was #2 lead by Alva. They left our home clean and neat. It's a delight to come home from work after the team has come. Our house smells clean and fresh!

Thank you to the Emma and her pink team for their hard work on our deep clean today! They definitely cleaned parts of my house that had been neglected for a very long time and now everything is sparkling.
