Nice, friendly, accommodating. Kept me informed on when he’d be here when we could schedule and updates along the way. Informed me of how to take care of things going forward, left me some chemicals to use and advised what to purchase once that is out. From the very beginning I was impressed with this company. I texted to schedule a stair cleaning as well as two bedrooms. He was able to get me confirmed quickly and showed up on time, maybe even a couple minutes early! Jeff’s attention to detail and thoroughness was impressive. He was professional and I don’t think my stairs have had such a thorough cleaning. I will never be using Stanley Steemer again! They have gained a loyal customer for all my floor cleaning services.

Jeff responded to my inquiry very quickly and even offered to come that day to look at Carpet and give me a quote. Jeff did a terrific, terrific job with our Laminate Floor! Our floor had tons of grime and build up within a couple of months that was becoming impossible to get out! Not only did he do a spectacular job, he was amazingly easy to talk to and also took the time to give a few tips on properly maintaining our floor over the years and left us some ‘magic’ solution for spot treatments! Jeff cleaned tile floors in several area of our home and was able to remove layers & layers of wax buildup & made them look very clean & almost new again!
