Jeff is a great guy who was DETERMINED to get my carpet stains out! His time estimate for the job was accurate and he took good care of us. Highly recommend!

Very VERY pleased with this company! I am very particular when it comes to services but I was absolutely thrilled with Home Central Floor Care.

Jeff was very responsive when I first reached out and was also very accommodating with my schedule. I got plenty of communication on the day of the appointment and Jeff was right on time.

We reviewed the problem areas, identified some stains, and came up with a plan. Jeff took his time, was careful around our furniture and it was clear that he really knows his stuff.

Once the job was finished, Jeff showed me around to review the outcome on some stains and provided great advice for the future care of my carpet.

This is the only company I’ll use for carpet cleaning at any of my properties!

Jeff's work ethics, kindness, integrity, knowledge and reliability are above and beyond. When others do the minimum, he treats you like a friend. I will use him again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

We had a sump pump flood which meant we needed to have our 15 year old carpet stretched, and cleaned. Needing to book the stretching first, we found Jordan with J's Floor Service. When I asked him about cleaning, he gave me his father's information. Jeff with Home Central Floor Care. Jordan and Jeff worked to find a day they could be here together to get our job completed. We were scheduled within a few days, and they both showed up at the same time. They were not only kind and quick, they were also skilled, knowledgable, and creative. Jordan stretched and Jeff cleaned, and our 15 year old carpet looks practically new. I appreciated they worked to get me scheduled on the same day so I had no time to wait in between tasks. We are happy to have met Jeff, and grateful for his beautiful skill. We will definitely be calling you again when we have the need. Thank you.

BOOK HIM NOW. I have twin toddlers and two elderly dogs that pee everywhere... between all my minions my carpets, sofas, and rugs were a wreck. Jeff came in and made them all look new again, even with tough stains. His prices, quality of service, and professionalism cannot be beat!!! Before he left I booked him for another appointment before the holidays arrive! I'll be a repeat customer until my twins move out, my dogs die, or he decides to retire!

Update: I book Jeff every 6 months on repeat and always buy extra carpet cleaner from him. I don't know how he makes his carpet cleaning concoction but IT WORKS better than anything else I've tried in the last 12 years.

Jeff was super awesome. We bought a house in mid-September and it had a pet urine smell in some areas that you could almost taste in the air. He was responsive and scheduled with us quickly. He did an amazing job. We no longer smell the pet mess and it was pretty bad, again, you could almost taste it. Now our house smells nice and fresh. And the carpet feels better as well.

Jeff did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, whole house looks great! He even did our white couches. I couldn't believe how clean they were when he was done. All the stains were gone! Miracle worker. My husband had worked with him directly but I couldn't believe my eyes when I got home. My husband says he was really nice to work with too. Thank you Jeff!

I easily made an appointment online and Jeff called to confirm the work. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job. I feel had paid a lot of attention to high traffic areas and stains rather than rushing like a couple companies I've used. I'll definitely be using Home Central Floor Care for my annual carpet cleaning.

I cannot say enough good things about Home Central Carpet & Floor cleaning and the service they provided to me. Being a pet lover & owner as well as a parent to 5 children, I have tried other carpet cleaning companies & services & cleaning products. I’ve even tried the Rug Doctor rental route. All of these were a waste of money and time. Jeff was able to remove the stains from my carpet which 3 other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. The most amazing thing is that all the pet odors are completely GONE! I am amazed. Jeff even came back several days after the original cleaning to take care of an unpleasant lingering scent that my sensitive sense of smell picked up on. It no longer exists in my home.
I wasn’t sure my carpet could be saved. But, as if by magic, he pulled it off. Easy scheduling of appointments, very receptive to my endless questions, reasonable prices. I don’t know how he did it or why other companies failed miserably in comparison. His service was worth every penny.

I was truly pleased with the results of my carpet being cleaned. Jeff did an incredible job. He took me around the house with his magical light to show me all the doggy mishaps(boy was I surprised) He was able to get up a couple of spots that I had tried tirelessly to clean. Everything smells fresh and the carpet looks great. His prices were very reasonable, and he’s a super nice guy.

I used Jeff’s carpet cleaning service and am incredibly pleased! Jeff was easy to reach via email and fit me in within a day. He was informative and answered all my questions up front and quickly. The cleaning process went smoothly and Jeff made sure to check and doublecheck my problem areas (I had some major pet urine areas that smelled terrible!). Jeff explained what he was using and left me some sample product. He advised me on what to use and what not to use on my carpet. He gave me updates on the time remaining throughout the process. Jeff did an amazing job removing pet stains and general carpet cleaning to my apartment! He was on time, responded right away, and got me on his schedule as soon as he could! He was very efficient and did everything in a timely manner! Super happy with the results and I will definitely be using his carpet cleaning company again in the future!

Jeff did a great job cleaning the flooring in our entire house from carpet, tile and hardwood floors. He is friendly, responsive and gave great attention to detail. His work was better than any other service I have ever used and his pricing is better.

We hired Home Central Floor Care to clean the carpet, steam clean the tile, and clean the kitchens/baths of our rental home before we moved out. And we got all our deposit back! Jeff worked a miracle on my multi-room carpets that had been put through it by our multiple pets and lots of foot traffic! The pet stains and odors are GONE even though another national cleaning service gave us a ‘no promises; you should just replace the carpet’ overpriced estimate. Jeff puts in the work and it paid off!! I would give 10 stars if I could for responsiveness, effort and results.
