I can’t say enough good things about my experience with MaidPro! The owner, Jill, is fantastic to work with. She is great at working with our schedule and making sure all of our needs are met. She provides all around exceptional customer service.
The cleaning pros consistently do an amazing job, and my wife and I are always happy with the way our house looks when they are done. I would recommend MaidPro to anyone.

I had my first cleaning with MaidPro today! Yenny and Yailet did an amazing job! My house has never been so clean!

I was so excited to have them come out, but we were left pretty disappointed. The price kept changing before they even came out. Then two hours into a four hour cleaning they called and said they needed an extra hour…which would normally be fine, except then they left at the three hour mark, but we were still charged for five hours. When we called to ask about it they said it’s because they had two cleaners come out. On the website it clearly states that if they have two come out it will take half the time, not that you’ll be charged for both for the max time.

A lot of the things they cleaned, they did a really good job, but they also left several things undone - full corners of rooms not swept or dusted, blinds not dusted and furniture not dusted - even though it was all checked off.

When we called we were basically told that they were sorry we weren’t happy, but they made no effort to make it right. Just disappointing.

Maid Pro certainly has fulfilled and even exceeded my expectations. First, they did a moving out cleaning , and now I am enrolled in a monthly service. I am particularly pleased with the service of Ella. She has cleaned for me twice now. She exceeds standards with her attention to detail and has the most delightful personality.

I have used MaidPro for over 9 months now. I was a bit nervous when the lady who used to help my place clean was leaving. However, I have to say they set the bar high and their cleaning standard is high across the board. Crystal has been done an amazing job. She has helped with my house clean twice now and always finished it with an amazing job. They are well trained people. The staffs there are also super friendly and very easy to reach to with anything. There were times that I had some urgent requests, questions, or rescheduling, and Brianna is always so helpful. Even the owner, Jill, she is so helpful and an awesome lady to work with. Every one there are friendly and very helpful. It is the whole team that makes this service beyond expectation. They take things serious. After 9 months, I think I will still stick with MaidPro Overland Park to assist me with my house clean to help me keep things nice and clean! I got my first MaidPro cleaning last Thursday. I was really impressed by the end result of Krystina B. It was the third cleaning services I have tried, and by far this was the best cleaning service ever. I like how things were cleaned with some personal touch, such as stickers on folded toilet paper/paper towel. I was in a short term disability due to my lower back injury. Because of that, I had not been able to clean for several months and the house had been collected with lots dust and things. All the dusts was gone and every thing so bright. I love that my microwave was cleaned and all the cabinet doors were cleaned as well even all my kitchen appliances. I was not disappointed at all. The result was really impressive. Krystina B. did an amazing job. I felt like my place was just like a hotel after the clean. I was so glad I had the clean before the long weekend, so I could actually relax at home and enjoy the fresh start.

Ella did a wonderful job cleaning my mother’s house for Easter. All the wood floors are beautifully mopped. The bathrooms are sparkling. Ella also dusted the glass shelves. Now my mother is proud to show her home to her Easter house guests.

Can't recommend Maidpro enough. My wife and I are expecting our first child in a couple months, and we wanted to get the house deep cleaned before the arrival. Lindsay and Logan showed up on time and got straight to work. Our house looks amazing and the attention to detail is astounding. There was even a quality check by a member of their office midway through to make sure I was pleased with everything that had been done so far. Floors, counters, backsplash, windows...you name it, everything looks great.

We hired this service for a move-in clean, but the results were disappointing. The inside of the kitchen cabinets hadn’t been cleaned as requested, the bathroom floor looked untouched, and windows were still dusty. A partially completed checklist was left behind, and there was dust under a box on the counter, suggesting surfaces weren’t properly cleaned. While the house looked tidy at first glance, several areas were clearly missed.

I had surgery almost two weeks ago and we had maidpro come out to clean our house before we got back from the hospital. Disappointed in their service is an understatement. Part of their guarantee is dusting but almost none of the surfaces in my house were dusted. I specifically asked for the tile floors to be washed (which is what they have on their checklist before leaving) and I had to have someone come back out to wash those and dust our plant room. Later on, we realized that there was even more that hadn’t been done. None of the window sills were dusted, shelves not dusted, they didn’t pick things up to dust under anything, etc. They didn’t even clean the toilet, which is crazy to me. On top of all of that, we have a ring doorbell on our front door and kept getting notifications of someone coming in and out. We didn’t think anything of it until we watched the videos later and the “pro” that come out to clean was outside for 10 minutes every 15-20 minutes to vape and take personal phone calls. I’m fine with personal breaks, but spending almost 45min-1 hour outside when they charge you based on time? That doesn’t seem fair. We will not be using them or recommending them to anyone in the future.

Today Carissa was amazing in our home. She went above and beyond, including taking care of our dogs and cleaning our back sliding door. She paid attention to detail and helped reset our home. We are grateful!

I love the cleaning services provided by MaidPro, especially from their pro Alexis. She always does a thorough job, and is totally responsive to my needs in this multi-pet home.

I am beyond thrilled with the job that Lillianna and Martha did! Not only did they clean everything from top to bottom but they were very professional and friendly. The cute little extra touches they left in the kitchen and bathrooms made me smile.

One thing seemed to stand out consistently, and that was what I imagined to be part of the staff's training: "You want to make your customer's life easier!" And -- every visit -- that's what they did! That seemed to be the mantra of the staff person who always visited me. For part of the time I was in the process of moving, and whatever I asked, the answer was a cheerful, "No problem!! I can do that!" It was like having a high-energy little sister! And then she would! Heaven!&

We just started with Maidpro and had three cleaners come out! Katie D, Trina and Alayna did an amazing job on cleaning our home !!

Overall the experience from MaidPro was great, friendly and professional. Martha and Leea were my cleaners. When I had spoken with the booking agent she had suggested a total of 3.25 hours of cleaning per cleaner with 2 cleaners total. When I returned, both cleaners had left the property before the 3.25 hours had been spent. Which wouldn't have been an issue as long as the house was cleaned completely. Unfortunately there were surfaces (coffee table and some blinds) and bathroom floors which were not cleaned well if at all. So to have obvious areas to have been missed or cleaned poorly and to have had the time be less than what was contracted for seemed like a miss. Overall a good experience, just not a great one.
