Alexis C did my cleaning today. I am rather fussy so I checked behind her. I’m quite satisfied. I asked for rugs to be shaken outside and that happened. She didn’t just dust around things. She moved them. Thank you.

I had MaidPro clean for me this week. From the appointment booking to the end result I was impressed. The booking and followup communication is easy and professional. The actual cleaning was very thorough and I am happy with the job done. I will use again!

I have been using MaidPro for years. I am very happy with this service. A couple of weeks ago I needed an unscheduled cleaning. I called the office and asked Hannah if she was able to schedule a cleaning. She sent Taylor H. and Yenny P. to my home. Both of them did an amazing job and were very thorough. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Once again MaidPro came through for me. Also, I would like to mention Melissa. She normally cleans my home and does a fantastic job. She was unable to come to for my last cleaning. MaidPro sent Katrina and I was very pleased with the cleaning.

Cynthia and Juanita did an amazing job. After coming home from a stressful trip walking into our home that not only looked clean but felt and smelled clean was the most relaxing thing ever. Truly appreciate the care these ladies took while here and appreciate them for their help!!

Lilli, Sarah & Hannah from MaidPro Johnson County did an amazing job on their first visit! They were right on time, super friendly, and incredibly thorough with their cleaning. Every room feels fresh, organized, and spotless — we could barely recognize our primary bedroom because it was so clean and perfectly put together. I especially appreciate the attention to detail; it’s clear they take pride in their work.

My place looks amazing!! Amy came in and did an absolutely phenomenal job of cleaning up my bachelor pad. I have to say that she catches every little thing and she definitely exceeded my dreams on what a clean place looks like. I definitely would recommend Maid Pro Johnson County 5 stars. Jeanette and Sarah cleaned my home today and did an amazing job. This is the first service I have had from MaidPro. They even vacuumed Choppers bed, he was very happy as well!

First, I would love to start by sharing the positives! Yenny is a wonderful cleaner and nice person. We thoroughly enjoyed when she cleaned. Additionally, we had a new cleaner come out and completely skip over the kitchen. They sent yenny back the next day and she did a great job! I also enjoyed that you could pay for the service via credit card. The office was easy to reach as well which I was grateful for. When we moved into our rental, it had never been professionally cleaned and I appreciated MaidPro being available to clean quickly.

Unfortunately, the negatives. I felt as though the cleaning never went above and beyond. For instance, the bathroom towels were never folded. The final clean we had, they skipped over a whole room and then didn’t clean the master bathroom floor. Additionally, many of the surfaces were very superficially cleaned and if I looked closer, there were still crumbs or dust. There were cobwebs in the windows (I should have noticed sooner than the third month they had been cleaning- I know). The price was higher than I expected for the cleanings I received (with the exception of Yenny). Ultimately, I really wanted the company to work for our family but it did not. I was grateful to find a local cleaner with great attention to detail who did a beautiful job deep cleaning my home today. Ultimately, I think the company has nice staff and I was sad it did not work out.

They did a great job going through my house, from the flooring to ceiling. They were detailed, organized and timely in their approach. Not only were they professional, but they were also friendly, approachable and enthusiastic. You could tell that the company fosters a collaborative spirit too. Thanks!

I've been using MaidPro Overland Park for a few months now and am very pleased with their service. They are very communicative if any changes need to be made and welcome any feedback. Katie D cleaned my apartment yesterday and did an AMAZING job!! I got home while she was finishing and she was very courteous and professional.
