If you have any, and I mean any, issues with you heating and cooling unit these guys are the ones to call. They are local, professional, and very good at what they do. NO UP-SALES HERE! They come out do their job and do it well. We had another company come out and preform spring maintenance because they offered us a deal. HUGE mistake. This other company came out, found a laundry list of things that were wrong with a 2 year old unit totaling over $600 in repairs. We called Bill's to come out because they installed the unit, and come to find out that this other company had completely rewired the system incorrectly. Bill's replaced the broken parts that this other company (feels like intentionally) broke at no charge to us. We will never use another company ever again. Highly recommend Bill's Heating and Cooling.

Chris was assigned by my home warranty service. I had my reservations at first, but honestly I had a great experience.

We called to set up an appointment after our homewarranty set up a service call. The guy hung up on me in mid-sentence. This company is unprofessional and I would not recommend using them. Use AB May or another big company who is capable and has good customer service.

Honestly, the WORST experience. He was condescending and rude.
He installed a new A/C unit for us, it took a span of 4 days to get A/C. Why did we have to wait in the heat of the summer for 48 hours (with a baby) because he had a softball game... a softball game.
He also did some repairs to our furnace and now have to bend all of our air filters because the repair he did on our furnace is all types of weird. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

Christopher was timely, thorough and really understands the details. He also does not cut corners and stands behind his installs.

Christopher was communicative and worked a full Saturday to fix my furnace after it went out. Very much appreciated and good work!

Left the job site for five hours in the middle of a project, due to not having his equipment prepared correctly. When he came back, at 8pm, he assured me he wouldn't be loud, as we had a sleeping child. Around 9:30pm, he set of the smoke detector.Did not properly install piping, which lead to immediate issues. New unit was dented, and he had spilled sealant on it and didn't clean it up. Asked him to come back a week later to fix the sealant issue. He came back, but didn't fix it the right way. Hired someone different to come in and fix it properly. The guy I hired told me that the job was done poorly, as he didn't replace the piping correctly, and then tried to fix it the way an amateur would. He also criticized the professionalism he put into his work noticing the dent, spilled sealant, and rag hanging in the ceiling.

Chris was polite and respectful to me, but I would most definitely go a different direction than him.

Avoid this guy. The owner Chris Burkholder took me for more than $1300. He promised to do me a favor and repair my failed heat pump system for free because the work that he had previously done had been the cause of the failure. Chris said that he was broke at the moment and couldn’t get to it until he did a couple more jobs and was paid for them. He suggested that he could get right to it if I could loan him $1130 for the new heat pump compressor. He said he would be able to pay me back in a couple weeks. After more than three weeks and $1300 dollars my system was still not functioning. Either he is a terrible HVAC Technician or a Crook. My guess is that he is both. After Chris decided to keep the $1130 that I loaned to him for the compressor he threatened to file a mechanical lien on my property so that I would give him another $187. He is Classy!

Midwest heat wave hit Saturday, and my A/C went out. Opened a repair ticket with my 3rd party warranty company over the weekend and they dispatched C and D. Christopher showed up Monday, even worked me in as his last call of the day.

Very polite and professional, discovered mice had eaten the control wires! did just what was necessary to get my A/C back and blowing cold again.

I would use them again for certain.

Highly recommended! Christopher worked all day in this frigid cold to replace our furnace in the attic. Excellent work! Very friendly! He gave us the best service ever! Highly recommended!

I was assigned C&D Heating & Cooling by my Home Warranty company. I was then asked to provide my 3 best schedule availability; which I did immediately. After leaving a voicemail and a text message with the owner, Chris; all 3 scheduled availability times passed with no return call or text response. It has now been 4 days since they were assigned to me and I have requested a new service company. I would avoid this company at all costs

Chris and his team were simply excellent! Chris was extremely communicative and insightful as to what exactly was wrong with my HVAC and cooling system. The finished product was fabulous!

I had a great experience with the owner Chris. He was very informative and professional. The warranty company was not very responsive, but once the equipment came in Chris was able to get the equipment and everything installed the next day.

Highly recommend C&D heating and cooling. Christopher was very thorough at explaining what needed repaired and very prompt with getting things ordered and returning to replace our AC. We will definitely call on him in the future if needed.

C and D were absolutely phenomenal. I used them as assigned by my home warranty, so a bit nervous at first. But holy cow did they come through! They actively advocated for me with my home warranty people and got me the help I needed. Chris is truly one of a kind.

Christopher did a fantastic job! He replaced our evaporative cooler and coils. He worked hard and explained everything along the way - without making me feel like an idiot. He was polite and answered my calls and texts. We went through the home warranty company but C and D Heating and Cooling will be our new Heating and Cooling go to company! Thank you for doing a great job!

Christopher B went above and beyond as far as Customer Srrvice goes, and ensuring everything was done professionally, properly, and with the highest regard of efficiency.
