Damien is truly awesome. I had a AC issue on a Sunday and he was patient to hear me out about the problem and was giving solutions on the phone before even I accepted his visit. Truly honest person and a gentle guy. He even came for the second time the same Sunday evening to check out when I reported cooling issue after his original fix. He came and verified and provide further mitigation. Happy to have gotten such service on an emergency need . I would go back to them and would recommend to others.

From July 2025:
When I arrived home from work yesterday evening I knew immediately something was wrong with our air conditioner. It felt like the back door had been left open, but it was closed. The temperature was 77 degrees and by the time I went to bed it was 82 degrees. I emailed Beebe before I went to bed and asked if they could send someone out the next morning. Our serviceman arrived the next morning and was able to easily diagnose the problem and replace the part. We are so grateful for their commitment to honest, quality service. They are truly incredible!

Fast response! Our heat had been working only intermittently. It finally stopped all together. We had another company come out twice during the intermittent outages, and they were unable to fix the problem. Chris had our heat back on within the hour.

Our 23 year old furnace quit working due to a failed engine on one of the coldest days in KC. Robert Klutts of BEEBE was very helpful and professional. We also appreciate and were very grateful for his willlingness to go above and beyond to find a replacement engine for our old furnace and install it that very same day. Thank you!

I am super happy to give Beebe a 5-star rating. After a poor experience with our previous HVAC vendor, we turned to Beebe for a second opinion. They were able to quickly identify the issue and assist us with a manufacturer's warranty claim, along with completing the job for us in a very timely and friendly fashion.

Casey did a phenomenal job diagnosing our furnace situation, a faulty circuit board. Once in possession of the replacement part, he not only replaced it, but through diagnostics, determined that the new part was not functioning properly. Another circuit board was retrieved from the Olathe shop and once installed, the furnace began functioning properly. Additional diagnosis to ensure all was working, and finally a job complete. I wish to commend him for a FULL afternoon and evening of commitment to serving our needs. As I said above, a phenomenal job!

Technician honest and helpful. Got heater working but mentioned it could be a board problem but said wait and see. Got back to our emergency call quickly and arrived when promised. We switched from another provider and are happy we switched. No charge for coming out when it wasn’t fixed permanently the first time but am confident it will be fixed.

There was some miscommunication that occurred that left me with a larger project than was actually necessary at this time. The technician, Casey was compassionate and only charged me for the work that was currently necessary even though he did the full scope of work. He was also friendly and skillful. Good technician. Good man.

BEEBE installed my furnace/ac 16 years ago and has done an excellent job of maintaining them. Damien arrived very promptly, worked efficiently, and made great suggestions. I’ve always found this company trustworthy and reasonably priced.

Our furnace stopped working around 9:30 pm on a cold night, and we immediately placed a call to Beebe for after-hours service. The on-call technician, Damien, arrived within approximately an hour and set to work. He didn’t give up until very, very late, but unfortunately was not able to acquire an essential part even after 2 trips out to search. He returned later the next day and was able to get the furnace fixed. His friendliness, professionalism, and diligence are beyond compare! I would not hesitate to recommend Beebe.

Called them at 11:30 they arrived by noon! Jacob did a great job! Fixed the issue and one other one I didn’t know about in less than 90 minutes including a trip to get the needed part. Loyalty discount is much appreciated!!

Prompt service

Bill is absolutely fabulous. We use him every year to service our a/c and heater. The prices are reasonable, the customer service is fabulous, they always arrive when scheduled, and their workmanship is great. I'd recommend this business to anyone.
