Absolutely outstanding service! First and foremost, Christopher was the definition of professional and punctual. He arrived right on time and got straight to work even as the rain came pouring down and tornado sirens were going off! That level of dedication is rare and deserves major recognition.

C and D Heating and Cooling LLC did a great job! Our old furnace installed by another company was putting off a gas smell. We called Chris and he made it a priority to thoroughly inspect everything and fixed 2 gas leaks immediately. He then diagnosed all of the other problems and professionally installed our new furnace and air conditioner. We couldn’t be happier with his amazing customer service! We now know we are safe.

Christopher at C&D is the best HVAC person I’ve ever used. He communicates well, took the time to patiently answer my questions, and did what he said he was going to do. My very old HVAC system died suddenly. He showed up in a snow storm, and stayed well into the night in order to replace the system so I’d have heat before the temperature dropped into the single digits. He’s a blessing!

I've worked with C&D / Chris several times on both of our systems as he was assigned by our warranty company to verify and fix the issue of the previously assigned contractor.

He's always professional, respectful, and makes sure I understand the issues and fixes. He most recently addressed our downstairs unit that was not cooling as it should due to low air flow from the vents as well as correcting our intake setup to be for propane rather than natural gas (both due to previous home warranty contractor issues).

Needless to say, I terminated our home warranty and he's our go-to HVAC guy now.

Christopher replaced my furnace and humidifier. He did a wonderful job! He was on time, very professional, friendly and polite. He was super knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. He explained everything that he was doing, and what I needed to know about the new equipment, in detail, so that I understood. He made sure the work area was clean, and that I was happy with his work before he left. He doubled checked the system to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely hire him again, and he will be my first call if I have any HVAC issues! You won’t be disappointed with the quality of his workmanship!

My furnace went out the Friday before Christmas with temps below freezing at night. Two of my kids were home for the holidays and a third was on his way. I thought it was simple, but turned out to be a much bigger deal and the furnace needed to be replaced. Chris was honest with me, showed me the damage and discussed with me the dangers. He got the information to my warranty company so quickly and when they responded that a new furnace was available, he went out of his way to pick up the equipment and scheduled with me for the next day: A Saturday!!! He showed up the next morning right on time with super help. They kept me up to date as needed. They were so professional and so kind. They worked hard and gave me the instructions I needed to get the best value out of my warrantee and made sure I know how best to care for my new furnace. I really appreciated the honesty, professionalism and especially getting it done so quickly! He saved our holiday!!! Thank you!
