Ivan Q went above and beyond to ensure my roof was perfect! Everything went as planned. Great communication! The crew had to replace rotten boards in addition to adding a new roof. They were very careful as to not damage my home and took all the necessary steps. Ivan came out to meet the appraiser and worked closely with my insurance company for a seamless transaction. I can not say enough good things about this company and its crew. One-day around! Thank you so much. I love my new roof, gutters and gutters guards. Went with a Tier 3 shingle for longevity. I’m happy :)

I delt with Brice Brown. He went up on my roof and showed me the damage I had after a hail storm. Brice was very communicative with every phase of getting my roof done. He even worked with the insurance company when they came out to inspect the storm damage and some other things they found when the pulled up the shingles. You want pictures Brice will provide all the pictures you need and he took the time to explain what options I had. They did a great job and fixed my roofing issues and re-shingled my roof in one day!

Shamrock has completed two projects for us at our Overland Park residence. Happy with both. No drama. Solid project manager (Derek). We will use them again, and recommend them to our friends.

I called SHAMROCK ROOFING to look at My roof and Daniel Clarke came out to My house to inspect the roof. He was very knowledgeable, professional and forthright about what needed to be done. I ended up paying for the roof Myself, insurance would only pay for a small portion of the damage, but, I wouldn’t go to just ANY roofing company, I stayed with SHAMROCK. From the beginning to end. The office personnel, the crew, the contractors, they are all “TOP NOTCH” and I didn’t want to scrimp just because the INSURANCE COMPANY didn’t want to pay. Brett Cauble stopped by our home November 2025 and offered a free roof inspection. Hail damage was found. Brett discussed the options and guided me through the process of contacting my homeowner's insurance company. He and I subsequently met with the adjuster. Shamrock roofing replaced the roof December 2025. I am very pleased with the process and the new roof. I would contact Brett Cauble again should the need arise.

I’m very pleased with my new roof. The workers were here early and worked until dark, and even though the roof was finished they came back the next morning to double check the cleanup. Nick Easley was very pleasant and I especially appreciated his constant contact and he always let me know if he was delayed and exactly what time he would arrive. He went out of his way to follow up with me and made sure I was satisfied with the roof.

Derek Roberts provided trustworthy advice as he inspected the roof, helped me select products, worked with my insurance company, and followed up to my satisfaction throughout the project.

Worked with Jorge Rosero on my roof replacement on a very short turn around as I had a scheduled sale closing in 2 weeks. Jorge came out the same evening I contacted him and had a crew there a week later. He handled the insurance claim and was able to meet my short deadline. Oh, and the roof looks great and their crews did a great job of clean up afterwards. I highly recommend Jorge and Shamrock Roofing.

Would recommend Shamrock and my Project manager, Jadan Phillips to anyone looking to get their roof done and deal with State Farm. Jadan knocked my door but decided to wait and few months later I had a leak; I called the office and he came right out! He got me a new roof, gutters and fix my interior while working with insurance and helped me save money on premiums at no extra cost with higher grade shingle! Shamrock Roofing’s Nick Easley made it easy! Truly elated! We could not be happier with the service we received and the workmanship. Nick Easley was our Project Manager and we really couldn’t compliment him enough for going above and beyond to provide us with world-class service.

We really struggled with our insurance company throughout this process. We struggled with the insurance company calling back after we filed the hail damage claim. Then the insurance company only wanted to cover half of the roof replacement. At first the insurance adjuster told us only the back was going to be covered and then later said only the front would be covered. Nick was so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. He came out multiple times during the project, aligned his schedule with the insurance company’s contracted inspector (whom Nick was familiar with) and even joined me on a call with the adjuster. The way I see it, Nick saved us easily $5,000 out of pocket due to his experience and diligence.

Once we got alignment with Insurance, Nick Easley even arranged his schedule so one of his visits would overlap with the visit from our gutter cover rep so they could coordinate work. The roof replacement was scheduled quickly to accommodate our tight depreciation deadline. Nick provided great communication through out the project- we knew what to expect with materials being dropped off, what we would do if the blizzard that week impacted the schedule, and he gave me a backup contact with Shamrock because he thought he would be inaccessibile for a period of time.

The entire project happened when expected and the actual roof replacement only took one day. The crew that came out was very polite , efficient, and the finished roof looks amazing. The crew did a very nice job of cleaning up after the work and they paid extra attention to looking for rogue nails in our driveway.

During and following the roof replacement, Nick came out to oversee the project and also looked for rogue nails in the driveway (I told him it was a concern for us). During Nick’s final inspection we noticed a small piece of wood trim that was knocked off during the roof replacement. Nick had the crew supervisor return the very next day to replace it and paint it.

We honestly have nothing but positives to say about Shamrock Roofing and their Project Manager, Nick Easley. I would be happy to recommend them to anybody that needs work done.

Michael came out to inspect our roof because there was a leak coming through an air vent. He was very professional and informative. We needed the vent area to be sealed as well as other possible leak areas which he did at no cost! This was amazing customer service and we will be calling them whenever we need roofing services!
