I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to Tony Zajick for helping me out with the siding on my house! Seriously, he was incredibly fast and efficient, getting everything done in no time. Beyond his skill, his attitude was fantastic the whole way through, and the service was top-notch. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

Our roof replacement, including shingles and guttering has now been completed for almost a month. We couldn't be any happier with the work of everyone involved from Shamrock Roofing, especially our project manager, Matthew Cornell. Matt was outstanding, helping us navigate the inspection process by our insurance company, managing the actual roof replacement, and even helping with the cleanup for the project. The actual crew that performed the work were courteous, efficient, and extremely respectful for our property and plants. The amount of effort they put forth to ensure extreme cleanup was amazing. But Matt was the face of Shamrock Roofing and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than what he did. He constantly kept us informed as to what was to happen, made sure it did happen, and then stayed in touch with us to the very end. We would recommend Shamrock Roofing without hesitation and are so appreciative of having Matt as our project manager.

We used Maverick roofing for the recent hail storm and they’ve been amazing. We had door knockers come through, but our friends recommended we talk to Maverick before we make any decisions. Glad we did because they talked to our adjuster, worked with our insurance, and made the whole process extremely easy.

I’ve used Maverick many time over the years. I’ve priced out other companies and honestly maverick has always beaten the price and done the job quickly and efficiently. Two of my rental houses I used them on were on a tight timeline and they were able to get in, get the job done and allow me to get my projects moving forward.

They are great to communicate with and I’d highly recommend them for any sort of job. High dollar home or a quick turnover for a rental.

During the inspection, they identified no issues expect a minor hole and even went the extra mile by sealing the spot with silicone on the spot to help prevent any potential leaks.

They were professional, punctual, and very helpful throughout the process, including a detailed report for our insurance and recommendations for new insurance. We really appreciated their honesty and thoroughness. Highly recommend!

During the bidding process they identified a city code compliance item the insurance adjuster missed and got it taken care of for us. Their price was competitive and they finished the job in just two days from material delivery to final cleanup. They provided damage protection for the house and landscaping throughout the project.

Final cleanup and trash removal was thorough and complete. Would highly recommend.

After getting multiple quotes and some questionable comments on my roof that I didn’t agree with. Bob gave me a great quote. Had his people check out the roofing, I did not need Complete red decking Which another company said I needed. was very grateful of that. Very Efficient! Michael had a roofer sent out the same day as the estimate to look at potential leaking that may have been causing wood rot around a door frame. I had 8 windows replaced. The installer has been with Maverick for over 10 years. Very happy with their service.

I highly recommend this company, they came out to do the repair on our roof in a timely manner. It was not an easy fix, they had to find a water leak that was not visible. The best part is they came out a few times and did not give up till the leak was fixed. Easy to communicate with and they make sure the job is done right.

Maverick replaced 20 windows for us. They look great, open and close easily, and a huge improvement from what we had before. We had an issue with one window but the installer told me about the issue, called for the window replacement and installed the new window in like 10 days. Overall great service and definitely give them a chance to bid on your issue

I used Dryline Roofing for a full roof replacement because one year earlier, I had a leak and called for an inspection and repair. Brian came right away and repaired the problem and refused to take any payment. After I incurred storm damage and had more leaks, I knew I would be calling Dryline back. They did a fabulous job with my roof and gutter replacement.

Brian came out to check my roof which was only 3 years old. I called him after the original roofing company came out and basically told me I needed a new roof. Brian was so honest and told me I only needed a little spot fixed where the shingles lifted, and a few had blown off. So refreshing to find a honest man that also shows up when he tells you he will.
He will be the only one I call when we need a new roof!

Dryline Roofing and Construction is TOP NOTCH. Period. Brian went above and beyond to make sure that my family was taken care of. The little things that make contractors great is what Brian and his team are about. The little things as in putting metal plates in my attic to ensure not to puncture my newly installed refrigerant lines for my AC unit is one example. With Brian onsite during the installation made me comfortable to take care of what I needed to do. The crew was punctual, respectful and cleaned up everything. Brian helped from from start to finish thru insurance questions to warranty information he answered them all. AWESOME COMPANY.

Brian responded immediately to my request for service even as he sat at his son's ball game over a weekend. Promised to get back to me on Monday to get us scheduled in, which he did. His foreman was very professional and personal. Work was done in a clean, professional manner with cleanup done efficiently. These guys are the best and I would recommend them to anyone. Workers came early on a Saturday, almost finished, but returned on Sunday to finish. The crew was very respectful and careful of the work they performed and of my property. When they were done, everything was cleaned up and back to the way it was previously. Great Job!

Since the roof work was completed, it has rained significantly. Strong winds have blown on several days. The roof held and performed very well.

Bryan is not just professional but very caring. He treats you like a person and not like a dollar sign. The work was A++++. The crew was very courtious and fast! I had to have no only shingles but my entire decking replaced. Bryan brought his crew coffee and then lunch. The crew helped us get rid of a big pile of old shingles. They cleaned up after ward too and did not mess up any of my gardens that surrounded the home. I can not say enough about this company and our experience. You will NOT be sorry to have them do your home. In fact our local inspector added them to his list of roofers he will suggest to future folks around here to use. Hard to find a roofing company like Dryline!!
