Everything went great--from making the first appointment to them coming out and finishing the new roof. The manager for my project was Michael Scannell from Shamrock Roofing. Throughout the entire process Michael was there to answer my questions, work with insurance inspectors, and scheduling the installation crew. I give a shout out to the roofing crew, what a great group of guys that made the overall installation perfect. The entire company has a phenomenal attitude towards customer service. We are blessed to have them for this project, and you will be blessed as well if you ever need professional roofers.

Shamrock roofing and construction did an excellent job on installing my roof! There was not any damage to my surrounding flower beds , bushes or debris left in the yard or driveway. My representative for Shamrock roofing was Sammy Hawkins. He reached out to my insurance company and got the claim started! I’m extremely satisfied with Javier’s services! Unlike other companies that try to upsell unnecessary and expensive services, Javier was honest and practical. He provided a detailed quote that addressed exactly what was needed and efficiently installed my shed roof. Instead of pushing for more, he recommended a simple touch-up to safeguard the roof of the whole house, which I really appreciated. His thoughtfulness and ability to see things from my perspective made a huge difference. It’s wonderful to find someone so dedicated to doing what’s best for the customer!

A recent wind storm hit Waverly, NE a couple of weeks ago. The strong winds blew our whirlybirds off our roof. I called shamrock roofing the next day and Sean G came out to check our roof. He said he will get the whirlybirds back on in a few days. I was pleasantly surprised when I came home from work the next day and it was done. Me and my wife were so happy with the timely response that we received. Thank you again Sean G you are awesome!!!!!!!!

He is a consummate professional, an excellent communicator, and extremely thorough. Initially, he explained the roof replacement process in a way that was very easy to understand. Excellent service. I had both Reed and Mack come out to help with a roof inspection. After I called and provided some basic information, they were able to come out within just a couple of days.

Reed and Mack walked the entire roof, took photos, and carefully inspected the areas of concern I had pointed out. To my surprise, no work was needed. Instead, I received reassurance, a detailed report (which they went out of their way to provide over the weekend), helpful advice, and valuable industry insight.

The inspector, Nick Easley was punctual, thorough and very knowledgeable when it came to my roof inspection. He clearly explained his findings, provided detailed photos and answered all of my questions with no pressure. While out of town on business travel, my wife discovered a water spot in the ceiling of our 3rd car garage (separate roof line). Impressed and thankful for these guys and their approach to identifying issues, giving us information, and ultimately encouraging us to use a simple DIY solution!

Original roofers (not Shamrock) didn't seal the flashing and instead of milking us for an overpriced fix, Shamrock's inspector showed us his pictures and said: "simple fix, you got this!"

I hope our roof still has years before needing repairs, but once it does, I'm going to use Shamrock without hesitation!

I worked with Ivan Quinones and he was incredibly responsive and had two crews out to remove on old shake roof and install a new Class 4 roof within a week of signing the contract.

He came out to meet the insurance adjuster when they inspected the roof. He was able to point out the damage to the roof to the adjuster which helped in processing the claim.

The crews were incredibly hard working and got a very large roof completed faster than I expected.

The crew cleaned up the yard and drive and came out the next two days after the roof was completed to clean up nails to make sure everything was picked up.

We had an excellent experience with Shamrock Roofing. From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional.
