Modern construction services work hard in my roof and gutters thanks David zaeate

This company took care of our entire project really well. Roof, gutters, shed and more. They worked quickly, efficiently, and did quality work. Frank was great! Good people, awesome company. We will definitely hire them again.

I was surprised and dismayed to realize the shingles I was picking up were from my roof! My neighbor pointed out what looked like bare wood showing on the ridges. It was a Friday night at 6 pm and it was going to rain! I called my neighbor, owner of Modern Construction. He sent a crew over to tarp it at 8 pm. From that point on they dealt with everything.. insurance etc.
My project manager, Frank was always available. He was courteous and professional. The crew did an excellent job replacing the roof. My only complaint was the cleanup! Overall a success with minimal hassle!
I also want to mention the office staff especially Ali. She stayed on top of all the paperwork and the requests. She was always respectful and professional.
A great company! I would highly recommend them for your next project.

they did a wonderful job and I love the color he came out when I called him so that we could get drone footage i will use them again!

Luis was amazing to work with for our roof and gutter replacement! 🏠✨ He made the whole process so easy, especially when it came to dealing with the insurance company. 📑💡 He kept us updated every step of the way and always took the time to answer our questions. 🙌 We really appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend Luis if you need someone you can trust for your roofing project! 👍😊

They did a great job on our roof and a couple of separate projects. The workers were so polite and cleaned up extremely well. I am glad we chose them to do our roof project. They work hard even though rain was coming They managed to complete before the rain and said they would stay until done. Thank you and I would recommend them to others.

Octavio from MCS did a fantastic job helping us when our insurance tried to deny the hail dmg claim at first. He was with us every step for the appeal and then the team did a wonderful job on the repairs. They also cleaned up everything after and I would definitely work with them again on future projects. The roof looks beautiful and we are very happy with everything.

David and his team really went above and beyond to deliver excellent service throughout the whole process. We were hit by the hail storm like so many were and he has been transparent every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend him and his team to anyone! Thanks David!

I would recommend Modern Construction services Field Rep Spencer inspected my home & assisted in the claim process. Spencer stayed on top of the job from start to finish & insured the work that was done was quality. Their office staff will field your calls & address your concerns. The only thing I had to do was cash an insurance check & pick out the color of shingles

I recently hired David to repair my roof and replace the gutters, and I couldn't be more satisfied with his work. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, David was professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the necessary repairs in detail and provided a fair and transparent quote.

He was thorough, meticulous, and paid attention to every detail. David also made sure to clean up the area after the job was done, leaving my property in great condition. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction.

Overall, I highly recommend David for any roofing or gutter needs

Great staff to work with

Easy to do business with

CCS is a breath of fresh air in the world of construction. From start to completion of my new salon CCS went above and beyond. A company that you can trust will protect money and your project to ensure that it is completed at the highest level of quality. Construction was completed before promised which is unheard of. Inspections passed every time without an issue. Honest, genuine, hard working and thorough staff. If it needs to be built.....CCS is the only choice.

I recently had One Stop Home Remodeling install eight Andersen windows in my home, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish! Their team showed true craftsmanship—they carefully matched the existing trim and skillfully repaired damaged casing so everything looked seamless and original to the house.
They treated my home with real respect, taking the time to cover floors and walls to prevent any damage. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the rooms they worked in, leaving everything neat and livable. That level of care makes a huge difference during a remodeling project.
Their status as NARI members really shows in the quality of their work and their professionalism throughout the process. If you’re considering any remodeling project, I highly recommend One Stop Home Remodeling. They deliver excellent results and a smooth, worry‑free experience.

One stop did a very good job on retiling the shower on a guest bath. Their attention to detail was very good and the team communicated daily to ensure that things were going well. The quote that was provided was on target and no unforeseen additional costs to this job.

One Stop is perfect! Fast and good communication with company owner. Extremely polite and had suggestions when I wasnt sure what I wanted. Also met with the interior decorator. Very helpful. The workers for the bathroom remodel are professional, quiet, and never stand around on phones or take long breaks. Cleanup every nite and tools put away. Walls had every little dent fixed, looked like new drywall. Grouting was meticulous. I always knew they would show up on time. Owner Carmelo Marafioti stopped by almost every other day to check on progressand quality of work.
I will never do any house remodeling without One Stop.

Great work with Carmelo, Lally, and their whole team. They were respectful, creative, and awesome at problem-solving tricky situations. We were able to maximize space in the two bathrooms. Their team was detail-oriented and trustworthy. Love that they brought my dream vintage inspired bathroom to life!

This was our fourth project with Carmelo and One Stop Home Remodeling. As always, it has been an exceptional experience. The craftsmanship, professionalism, communication and results are absolutely top-notch! I will never trust anyone else with our remodeling needs.
