Constraction reviews in Shawnee, Kansas

We had a full remodel of the outside of our home, new roof, gutters, gutter covers, James Hardie board siding. My experience with Steve and Justin were top notch! Justin made sure I was always pleased with the progress and always communicating to keep me posted on what was happening and when. The job site was always kept clean and organized.
Highly recommend this company, couldn’t be happier with the outcome of my home.

From start to finish, nothing but a dream project! Justin was phenomenal to work with! All of the crews were respectful and easy to work with. This project had been several years in the making, and I am so happy that we chose Justin to help us transform the outside of our home. 10/10 would recommend Safe Harbor Exteriors!

Justin was fantastic to work with. He thoroughly examined our needs and answered any questions we had. He communicated with us consistently and often so we were never left guessing where things were at. He was able to talk with ProVia and get our desired grid pattern for the windows, which we really appreciate! Justin has also been great at following up with the job and making sure we're happy.

His crew was also top-tier in terms of quality of work, care, and professionalism. They were super nice to talk with and laid down work blankets so as to not get our house dirty. The work they did looks amazing.

We love our new windows and garage entry door. Definitely going to return next year for more windows! I highly recommend Safe Harbor.

Safe Harbor Exteriors did an absolutely incredible job on our home. Justin was excellent with his explanation of work, communication throughout the project, and follow-up to ensure all expectations were met.

We had the siding, soffit, fascia, window trim, and door trim installed and painted. We had a crew for the siding install and another one for all paint work. Each was not only extremely talented, but also respectful and professional. The entire project was completed in a matter of a few days and we couldn't be happier with the results.

A HUGE thank you to Justin for taking so much time and making us feel like we're his only clients.

I had both deck and patio doors replaced on my 35+ year old house. The patio doors could have been a bit tricky for a less experienced company, as door sizes today are slightly different than decades ago. However, the expert crews (one for the patio door and one for the deck) mastered the measurements, and then installed everything precisely. This thoughtful approach prevented damage to the house and trim work, saving us additional repair costs, which is much appreciated! Justin (project manager) did a superb job managing our expectations, keeping on top of schedules, and keeping us informed. After the job was finished and paid for, I found some damage to the Hardie siding hidden behind the railing. No worries with Safe Harbor, they quickly dispatched a technician and repaired the slightly damaged area to my satisfaction. If you love your house as we do, you cannot find a better company to maintain your investment than Safe Harbor Exteriors.

We needed to replace the windows on the front of our home due to some rot issues. I called a couple of companies, got quotes from Pella, Anderson and Safe Harbor. We went with Safe Harbor and are very pleased. Justin was top notch in our discussions and his recommendations. Very friendly and took the time to talk to us about options. We went with Marvin windows, wonderful upgrade over our old Pella. The installation team/crew was absolutely amazing. This is such a critical piece. True craftsmen at window installs. Timely, polite, cleaned up well. Brought any issues to my attention. Found some cedar that needed replaced and did all of that, adding flashing and some extra work for the long term protection. Could not be happier with their work installing. We highly recommend Safe Harbor, a smaller local company that does top notch work. Thanks Justin and team!

Extremely happy with my new front door from Safe Harbor! Justin was great to work with from start to finish. He was super knowledgeable, quick to answer any questions, and a consummate professional. The install crew was amazing as well! Highly recommend!!

We had a very pleasant experience with Safe Harbor from start to finish. The entire team was professional, the pricing was competitive, and the service was truly exceptional. Because our home is older, the project came with a few challenges, but the installers went above and beyond with their expertise and attention to detail. The installation is flawless, and we could not be more pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend the Safe Harbor team. Justin especially makes sure you are 100% satisfied with every aspect of the project.

From the beginning of the project Safe Harbor provided knowledgeable guidance and design suggestions. All queries and any issues were promptly addressed. Throughout the entire project there was attention to details, excellent communication and follow through. Absolutely stellar job! Would highly recommend.

Luke was a pleasure to work with!

We at Clemons Real Estate love working with Complete Property Solutions! We appreciate their business and quality of work they do!

The whole team was super easy to work with. Coalton and Nicole were especially helpful in the process of getting everything squared away. One of the best property management I've ever come across.

We have done 4 projects with Phil and his team now over the last 6 years. Construction and renovations can be messy, but it is nice to know that CPS will work through all of the issues in a fair and equitable way with you, proving a great final end product.

Does not pay sub contractors on time 60-90 plus days and still waiting on payment to finish our contracted work.

We loved working with CPS! They built our new auditorium & totally remodeled out current gym into a two levels with an awesome children's ministry area in the second level. They did an excellent job while also saving us significant dollars on the overall project. Lead minister of University Christian Church, Manhattan, KS.

Jerry did a very nice job and very thorough.

They done a quality construction project for me.

Straub Construction has integrity as a core value and they practice what they preach.

This general contractor exceeded our expectations with our recent remodeling project. They were organized, transparent about costs, and kept us updated at every stage. The crew worked diligently and maintained a clean job site. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly show in the final outcome. We’re very satisfied and would confidently recommend them for any construction or renovation work.

Our experience with Speht Construction was stellar!

Henry and his team were professional, punctual, and detail-oriented throughout the remodeling process. They gave us everything we wanted in our updated kitchen!
