The level of detail in the install was beyond expectation! We are so pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the install team!

We met Steve with Safe Harbor Exteriors after considering two other siding companies, and from the moment we spoke with him, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with. Unlike typical high-pressure salespeople, Steve presented his products and services in a professional, straightforward manner. His extensive experience, coupled with the added convenience of his nearby showroom, was a huge advantage. We ended up completely residing our home, and after visiting his showroom, we decided to enhance the look by adding veneer stone. Steve’s team did an outstanding job with the installation, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the final result.

We engaged Safe Harbor Exteriors to install new siding on our home. They were very patient with us as we navigated our financing. We liked the fact that they did not require any money down. They asked for payment after the siding job was completed and we had done our final walk through. The crew was fast and efficient. We didn't realize how badly our wooden window casings had rotted. The crew cleaned up the wood rot before installing the siding. They did a high quality job. The only negatives, which we shared with Safe Harbor, is the lack of communication we received. The crew would not tell us when they would arrive or when they were done for the day (or done with the project). The crew, while extremely skilled, were very sloppy. They left discarded cups, water bottles, and other trash all over the lawn until they were completely finished. One female crew member spent most of her time in the corner of the yard on her phone. Overall, we were very satisfied with Safe Harbor and we would definitely recommend them!

All we had was a small job. Two windows needed replacement. We were well taken care of, like it was a much larger project. It's nice to see a quality contractor willing to do it all.

Our family couldn't be happier with the final product done by Safe Harbor Exteriors. We had a new roof & Hardie board siding done throughout. They were projects we had put off for years, but once the woodpeckers persisted AND our area was hit with a hailstorm, it was time to knock them both out.
Steve, and his entire team, made the entire process so incredibly smooth. Their price was better than their competitors, their turnaround time was great, and their craftmanship was precise. They were professional, installed our new lighting, reinstalled the gutters, and cleaned up after each day/shift.
During the process and once all the work was done, Steve followed up again to see if there was anything else we needed and made sure we were satisfied. He fixed a small drainage issue we had and installed our flagpole holder. Steve's attention to small details showed he didn't want anything to go unattended.

Full roof replacement, asphalt to metal; full siding replacement, steel to Hardie; full gutter replacement. Steve was easy and polite to work with, flexible with our ideas, but realistic in what would work, and the costs. Excellent in timing up different crews for different jobs; for example, dumpsters arrived the day demo started (roof and siding), and were removed the day the demo was finished. Worksite was left in good form after each day. Already planning our next home reno/update project with Safe Harbor! Thank you!

The caulking was perfect as well. You are always nervous with making a big decision on who to go with, they did right. Our house looks fantastic!

Justin and the installation team at Safe Harbor vastly exceeded our expectations during every phase of our 32-year old window replacement project! From the initial project quoting through the final walk-through, the Safe Harbor team was professional, met their scheduling commitments, and were meticulous about the quality of their work. Inside our home, the team took great care to cover all exposed flooring and immediately cleaned up any dust/debris. They consistently asked if we had any questions throughout each of the three day project duration and constantly kept us updated on their progress. There are a lot of window installers out there, but you would be hard-pressed to find one that is as customer and quality-focused as Safe Harbor Exteriors.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company! From the moment that we started working with them, every concern and issue that we had was immediately addressed. The color choices, the styles, and even down to the shutters was taken care of for us. For years, we experienced wood rot as so many people do in the Midwest. We had multiple families of birds in our chimney and other parts of our home. And thankfully, now that we have new siding, have had zero issues! The home feels a lot warmer than it did in years past in the winter time and a lot cooler in the summertime thanks to the new siding. So not only is it beautiful, but it’s also extremely functional. I’m so glad we went with Safe Harbor!!!

Steve and his team did a great job with our home. It was a large project with, new siding for the house and work shop, gutters, window replacement, new window added, tear out the old deck and replace, tear out the old porch and replace, insulation, frame and side the detached work shop, and paint the foundation.
I have managed many projects of this size and no job is without something coming up. It was just a phone call, discussed, and the issue resolved. Also Steve and his team started the job and worked every day until completed, weather permitting. The team cleaned up at the end of each work day and made sure all remaining material was covered and protected.
