Dave and his team were quick to respond to our request for landscaping help. They took our yard from looking drab to fab :) Seriously though...came up with a clean look, quality job and listened to what we needed for up lighting on the house, tear out of old bushes/trees and new vision to an area that was cluttered before. New trees, mulch, rock, etc. And repair work to a previous patio we had done a few years before by another company. We are pleased!

Dave and the crew did a great job on our lawn! We got rock beds added to (and a new one altogether) and it was done quickly and it all looks terrific. We also got our shrubs trimmed up and they never looked so good, Tony made it all look better than we could have imagined.

We had landscape uplighting installed by Platinum. They were professional to work with. Did the work within a couple of days of giving us an estimate. We are very happy with the lighting. It adds lighting around the house and makes the house look great. They also did some landscaping work for an area we get standing water in. The work looks great, but really won't know how well that works until we get a decent amount of water. Overall, all they did looks great and I would use them again and would recommend them to someone that needs that kind of work done.

Dave and his men were very nice to work with, very professional. Dave responded to my inquiry quickly which I was impressed with. He arrived on time (actually 15 mins early), which also was nice. His crew installed up lighting for our back yard along fence line, along with transformer and did a really nice job. We love it. Really added a nice touch to our outdoor pool area. Update on my initial review. I am actually rather disappointed now. The cord came up twice in 3 different areas. They did not bury the cord but like 3 inches. They came out and attempted to fix it , but it was right back. Then one of the lights got ran over by the mower and I texted Dave to see what he wanted. Now only the light was damaged and I had the replacement light her and only 2 wires had to be connected and the light put back in the ground. They want 200.00 to do this. I am so shocked. Dave justified that with every job he sends out 2 guys. This was by no means a 2 man job. I did get the electrician to do and it cost me 45.00. So I will now not do business with these folks again. That was a total lets take advantage of an ole gal.

Platinum Outdoor Concepts did an excellent job verticutting our lawn. They responded to my request within twenty minutes and had the job done, THE SAME DAY, within a couple hours. The price was a little higher than we were thinking but we only got one service and were more than willing to pay it for same day service. We were very impressed, now my lawn looks amazing with new grass seed coming up! My wife and I couldn't me happier, thanks Dave and your team!

I have known the owner Dave since high school. He's always been good to me. In fact a few years back I was going through some personal issues and needed a job. He hired me during that phone call. He didn't express any judgement of me. I know that while working for him the quality of our work was second to none. I can't speak to that now, but I assume it's still very top notch! The lawn/landscape industry as a whole has had numerous issues. I can't speak for others, but my personal experience with him as a business owner has always been positive.

When it comes to retaining wall landscaping. Platinum Outdoor Concepts is a shiny example of excellence. My mom wanted more curb appeal to her new home and Dave was very knowledgeable. He filled me with plenty advice and designs. They cleaned up very well and worked closely with us on dates and cost. It turned out wonderful. Thanks to them, I was able to put a smile on her face for the holidays. I 100% recommend POC to anyone wanting a quality job on any hardscaping/landscaping work. I will use them again.

Moving back to KS from West coast was stressful in itself, but seeing no deck lights, step lights or even back yard lights to see our pup, in new rental, added to it. I called up Dave, told him my Situation, and he got me a bid, beautiful energy-efficient lights installed, all with in a week. I contacted Dave and his company about repairing existing landscape lighting installed prior to me owning this home. I contacted other contractors that for some reason did not follow up. I’m so glad I found Dave’s company. He was responsive, polite and talked through how he could assist me with fixing my landscape lighting as well as installing new fixtures. He provided a quote and came out as promised, leaving me with beautiful, working landscape lighting. Even after a small issue, I was able to call him and it was fixed immediately. I plan to utilize this company for the future improvements around my home!

Great customer service is so hard to find these days, but Dave and his crew were an absolute joy to work with! Dave and his crew did a LED lighting job on my home. Dave was very listening to my ideas and thoughts on how I wanted the lighting to be. He made my ideas come to life. His crew was very efficient and tidy with the job. When the job was competed they walked me around to show me everything and were very informative as to what they had done. The company I work for, provides services for individuals with intellectual /developmental delays. We are doing some renovations and needed an old fence taken down and a new fence put in, in a timely manner. I got ahold of Dave after seeing a few posts on Facebook, regarding some work that Platinum Outdoor Concepts had completed. Dave came out to the facility and was very knowledgeable and honest. Dave explained that not all of the fence posts needed replacing and some were still in good condition, which saved the company money. Dave came back with a very competitive bid and had a crew start on the fence, a few days later. The job was completed, in a timely manner, well organized pertaining to communication and logistics, with efficiency, and the end product surpassed expectations. I saw another review stating, "...you couldn't even tell they were there!" This is spot on but if you needed to get ahold of Dave, he responded immediately. The crew was professional, hardworking and easy to talk to.

I used Platinum Outdoor Concepts to install a french drain. David and his crew were responsive, showed up exactly when they said and finished on time. They did a phenomenal job with the install. The yard look great when completed, they even filled in some other areas by my driveway with the excess dirt that we didnt even discuss. You can tell they really value their customers and work to make then happy!!

Dave was awesome to work with. He gave me a bid within 24 hours of me reaching out to him. Got everything done ahead of schedule and my patio turned out great. My last minute changes were addressed seamlessly. He even took care of a couple small additional items on my to-do list for a reasonable charge. These guys do what they say they will do, highly recommend.
