When they mowed they didn’t mow the whole property. Then when I cancelled they claimed that they didn’t get my cancellation and kept coming (after I told them to stop), and kept charging me for it. If you want sub-par work you can’t refuse, this is the place.

Green Lawn installed a stone patio w/firepit with a seating wall in our backyard. They also installed a very large planting border along the fence, two dry creek beds and are scheduled to install a flagstone walkway extension, and shrubs & trees in the border. Thus far, I've been very satisfied with the responsiveness and professionalism of Tim Hickman and his crew, led by Erick, and we're looking forward to completion of the project.

Green Lawn has done our HOA lawn service for several years. They also have done landscaping, grass seeding, mulching and sprinkler maintenance. I am happy with their service.

I used this company in March 2021. In April of 2022, i reached out to Craig, the manager, regarding some plants they had placed and he said give them time though i sent him pictures of the three that looked horrible and the one that was doing well. He was dismissive and never followed up.
The evergreens planted in my backyard were looking bad within the year. I called again to talk to Craig and he never returned my call. I had another landscape company come out and they informed me that the evergreens need sun and space. They would never do well there. I am now spending thousands to replace plants that should have never been placed there.

We have contacted Green Lawn three times because they are not mowing the entire property of my mother's lawn. My 93 yr old mother called once and my husband has called twice because several feet of property is not being mowed. My husband was furious because not only did they not apologize but insisted on discussing a bill that is owed for doing incomplete work. I have tried to get my mother to change but she feels some type of loyalty to them not sure why.
