These guys were great! Unit was not cooling Tuesday morning, tech came out by 2 Tuesday afternoon and did all he could (great guy, he was sad he couldn’t do more!), Tuesday evening we had a price to replace, install of new was finished by noon Wednesday!
All super professional; clean trucks with signage, uniforms, shoes covers, just a class act all the way around! Installers, sales, everyone.

Very professional and informative giving you many options to choose from. Great service, sales and installation. An upfront company that I was very impressed with. Everyone working there is all about customer service and honesty, no up selling. I would recommend giving them a call for any HVAC or plumbing new or repairs. Again, great company to work with, very happy I went with them.

Jared came in and showed me my options and quickly got our air up and running. Very trustworthy, professional and polite. We had a quote from another company and they wanted to charge $700 more. We are going to have get a new furnace, water heater and air conditioner and we will being getting it from them. Cannot say enough great things and I highly recommend this company.

We were SO happy with our service with Prime Comfort! Our home is 13 years old, all with original equipment so we know we are close to needing to replace some of the bigger items.
Prime came out to tune our A/C, found a few issues that needed repaired (but luckily not a full replacement even though it's an older unit!) and suggested some issues with our water heater.
We decided to get a whole new water heater to avoid major issues. Their pricing was incredibly competitive, they were able to come out quickly to fit our schedule AND they were amazing during installation.
Their service techs are always so knowledgeable, friendly and CLEAN. They take incredible care of your home while they are working and leave it just as (if not better than) they found it!
They answered any questions we had, suggested things to prolong the life of our current equipment and advised things to think about for down the road. There was NO PRESSURE to do/buy anything right away. They seemed to genuinely want to take care of us as customers and give us all the options available, without pushing us to do overpriced repairs and replacements that weren't necessary.
We are SO happy to have a family owned/operated, local business to contact for our HVAC/plumbing issues! We are customers for life!

Our older system was failing to start using the furnace and was defaulting to the heat pump...which was completely inadequate. Jarrod found a way to bypass the thermostat and allow the furnace to handle all of the heating. We will definitely be upgrading next spring!

Our AC quit cooling one evening. Jared promptly came out the next morning and after testing determined our system needed to be replaced. Pat presented multiple options in different price ranges. I recently found out that the previous owners of Mission Heating & Cooling had returned to business as Prime Comfort. So when I wanted a second estimate on a new water heater I contact Prime Comfort and their estimate was $1400 less than the estimate I received from another company. I didn't hesitate to have Prime Comfort do the work as I'd always had positive experience with them when they owned Mission. If you're looking for a reputable HVAC/plumbing business (that's also a local family owned company) I'd recommend Prime Comfort.
