The team came out on time, finished all the work faster than expected, and the install was organized clean and hassle free. I also reached out to multiple different companies for a quote, prime was far more honest and competitive with their prices compared to other plumbers.

Got a very reasonable, crew was efficient, cleaned up everything, best installation i ever had. One of the even noticed my dryer vent was shot had a lot of lent build up and they fixed it no charge. Very happy with my new furnace and air conditioner.

Prime Comfort was recommended to me from a neighbor on FB. I chose them because I like to support locally owned family businesses. They did not disappoint. Jarrod was great and got my over 100 yr old gravity furnace working again. He said there are probably only about 10 left in the whole metro area. I was very pleased they could get the part needed to get it fixed. He brought an older gentleman who was retired but was familiar with these old gravity furnaces so he could help trouble shoot. They got the job done and I couldn’t be happier. I would use them again and do recommend them.

Prime Comfort repaired my furnace and installed a new hot water tank. The techs were professional and friendly. The repair and new install were done in a timely manner and communication from the techs were top notch. There was no pushing other products or finding needless issues as seen by some companies these days. I originally had an appointment with Mission Plumbing and Heating but they failed to show up when they said they would be here and did not call me to reschedule. That's unacceptable and they will never get my business. I did not have those issues with Prime Comfort. Good service still means something with Prime Comfort. I recommend Prime Comfort.

This company was recommended by the facilities manager at a church property. Now I know why. Honest. Quickly scheduled. On time. After trying an inexpensive repair at my request, which did not work, Adam expertly replaced a leaking sink drain (20 years old) at 1/2 the price quoted by one of the largest repair companies in the KC area. It required two service calls, but the company only charged me for one.
I will always use Prime Comfort for all my HVAC and repair needs.

Around noon my Trane furnace stopped providing heat on 28 January. After making some preliminary checks I called Prime Comfort. The company had Jarrod available to send. Perfect choice as he has done my seasonal preventive work before on my AC/Furnace. Diagnosis by Jarrod determined a aged main electronic control panel shorted out. Jarrod had to make some calls to find a panel; go get it and install it. System up and running in about 2 hours. Will be using Prime Comfort this spring on my A/C and Sump Pump check ups.

This was an awesome professional experience. Starting with Pat who explained everything and then for installation I had both Jim and Kevin they were the best very respectful and professional. I will definitely recommend Prime to family and friends. I was hesitant at first and a bit worried since I had bad experience with other companies before but this was an excellent experience. Big thanks to Pat, Kevin and Jim. I truly appreciate you all.

I recently had back surgery and I was having some therapy and unable to get to the phone when it rang. Harrrington Bros. could not give me any time frame that they could come out to look at my broken unit for which they repaired approx. one month ago.
Chrisy, the person answering the phone, left one of the rudest messages on my recorder saying I had 5 minutes to return her call or else they were "moving on". I called her immediately when I heard her message and she totally ripped me apart over not being available.
Wow, I thought, this women is stressed to the max! She hung up on me twice when I was trying to discuss my schedule. This women is the rudest "service person" I have ever dealt with. Literally, she bought me to tears twice! Soooo unprofessional..After using H.B. for over 15-yrs. I can tell you I will NEVER call on them again.
They replaced the Txv value twice recently, placing the bulb upside down, contaminating my whole unit with debris-destroying it, not registering my new unit 5 years ago with the manufacture so I now I must buy a brand new unit!. BUT NOT FROM THEM!

Do not use these guys, they will not back their own work. We bought a new home with a HVAC system that they had installed eight months ago. As soon as the AC stopped working I called Harrington to repair it. The technician that was sent did not have the proper tools to complete the job. I had to lend him a socket to get into the unit and once in, he lacked the tools to test the equipment. After making several phone calls to troubleshoot the problem he informs me that we will have to call someone else to come and repair it since they did not have the necessary part nor the time to do so themselves. This was at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend in which we were having family come to visit. To make matters worse, the most likely cause of the equipment failure was improper installation.

Several times we have used Harrington Brothers Heating and Cooling. First time they saved us over $500... When previous company did not honor warrenty we called them and bill was $100 instead of $600+ with another company. Next time inexpensive part needed replacing and was done quickly in high heat time. Honest, Efficient and Trustworthy!

I’ve been a long time LOYAL customer to Harrington Brothers Co.... but the service and unprofessional response from Chrissy this morning, was a joke! I waited two days without my a/c unit working, fully aware that I could call a 24 hour service but chose to wait until they reopened on Monday to give them the business. Chrissy just lost them another customer and by the looks of the reviews, I’m not the first!!!
Not only was she rude and unprofessional, it was like she intentionally wanted to pick a fight. Not only was I shocked by her behavior, it left me at a loss for words. I can’t believe this woman is who they want representing their company. I hope Chrissy finds peace in her life. Life is way too short to be that bitter and have an ugly heart! Good luck to the company and I wish them well.... their going to need it.
