Really glad I called Garrett to fix my furnace, he knows his stuff and pricing is fair and reasonable. I will be using little river for HVAC maintenance in the future.

Little River heating and cooling has done 2 jobs for me now. The first time I called it was to get a second bid on replacing the system on my house. The first contractor had told me that it couldn't be fixed, I needed a new one. Mr Phipps explained to me that while a new system would be a good idea, he could fix the existing one, and did so saving me a lot of money.he is now my go-to guy for HVAC

Garette replaced my old old Old Amana a/c with a brand new Heil a/c. He completely rebuilt the ac air chamber and did a great job with the install of the secondary over flow pan..he's a true professional and I highly recommend him for your a/c install or replacement ñeeds.

A/C conked out on a hot Sunday afternoon. I called many of the KC area big companies, got the normal call center answering services. Two called me back, but not before Garrett of Little River Heat and Air was already working on our problem. He was extremely quick, very fair price, and had the problem fixed in less than 15 minutes. Best part? This is a small local business where you can talk to a real human being who isn't just an answering machine when you call.

Our air conditioner went out last week and Garrett came out at 7pm and got us back up and running. He seems very knowledgeable in what he does and our AC is actually working better than it has in a long time.

I called Garrett on Tuesday and he came out to our home on Tuesday. He was punctual. reasonable, truthful and very kind. Thank you for giving us great service. You'll definitely be our go to heating and ac serviceman.

10/10 recommend. Our furnace had been struggling all winter, we have a baby on the way so we needed it fixed asap. We have had about 6 people come out and no one ever fixed it. It's 14 degrees outside today and our house is set at 73 and keeping up just fine, when previously it would struggle to get our house to 60 degrees if it was even 30 degrees outside. They were able to attend to us quickly, and when he came he got straight to work and fixed our issue. We are very pleased with the service. Will definitely be using them again in the future if we have any other issues.

Repair or Service a Central Air Conditioning System

Professional, reliable and knowledgeable. He has saved the day for me more than once. After purchasing a new home he found issues the inspection missed(and the seller). Is always my first call whether it be emergent or maintenance. More than anything he helps me understand the problem and what the fix requires, always learn something that may save me money in the future.

Garrett from Little river is fast, knowledgeable, and isn’t afraid to show you everything he can to help you save money in the long run.

I cannot say enough good things about Garrett and his team. As a first time home owner, I don't have a lot of experience in the HVAC department. When my AC stopped working on 95 degree day I was dreading making the call because I knew they had me in a bind. Little River came out right away to diagnose the issue with my system. They made sure I understood what was going on so we could explore multiple options for repair or a full replacement. Due to the age of my current system I decided to go with a full replacement and was met with a bid that I couldn't refuse. Before I knew it I was back up and running. They were quick, clean, and professional. Everything you look for in a local business!

Garrett was wonderful! Our new furnace's circuit board went out, but he was able to identify the issue and fix it in a very short time. We are nice a warm now! I highly recommend Little River Heat and Air!

Garret was very informative. We had a lot of HVAC companies come out and they only talk above your head and charge lots of money. He was not able to help us at our business but he did explain the problem with our commercial unit. He came out and did great job on our home unit. He was very efficient. Educating a consumer is very important to me and I would definitely recommend this company.

“Honesty & Quality are the foundation of my business...” That caught my eye when I read about Garrett’s business. I must say; Absolutely! Yes! Living out of state from my property, I was desperate to find a professional who could do the job well-for a reasonable price. Some smell desperation and take advantage. Garrett did not! He was so helpful and was the consummate professional. He kept me updated throughout the 1.5 day job. He delivered on every commitment. I agree with “Abby P”; Garrett rocks!

An overall excellent experience. I was quoted about $8,000 for a furnace and and 3 ton central air replacement from two other hvac companies. Garrett was able to do the furnace and a 3.5 ton central air replacement for significantly less by using a lesser known brand. Both units are working great and the AC is significantly quieter than our old unit. Garrett explained the differences between the different types of units, and came up with a great affordable solution. He was punctual, tidy and delivered exactly what he quoted upfront. Highly recommend.

I called Monday evening and got an appointment for a couple of days later on Wednesday AM. It was really hot, so I ended up finding someone to come out Tuesday- they gave me a really high quote so I didn't have them do any work. I ended up keeping my appointment with Little River and I am so glad I did. He did all the repairs for $150 cheaper than what I was quoted from another company. He was really courteous and thorough explaining everything he was doing. He did extra testing before he left to make sure that everything was running fine. I highly recommend this business. It is worth the wait.

We submitted a request with our home warranty company about our AC and received a call from Garrett within hours. We've never heard from a service provider that fast so from the start, he was impressive. He came out to our house quickly and was able to remedy the problem efficiently. He explained everything so that we understood exactly the problem and solution. He will now be our HVAC guy for seasonal maintenance on our furnace/AC. As an added bonus, he's incredibly nice and very patient with our 3 dogs barking at him the entire time.
