Our furnace stopped working before going to bed last night, and of course, this happened right before the first hard freeze of the season!

I called Little River Heat & Air and Garrett was able to get me in pretty much first thing this morning. He arrived around 9ish and was done before 10AM, leaving the furnace working again, as it should.

On top of being very proficient, Garrett was knowledgeable, respectful and in my opinion, very fair with his pricing. Excellent service all around!

Garrett has been out three times to service our furnace. We find him trustworthy and highly capable. When we moved into our home in 2018, we inherited a one year old furnace/ac unit. While our heat worked as expected, we always struggled in the summer with the AC never really controlling the heat. Any time the temperature outside was over 92 degrees (basically the entirety of Kansas summers), our house temps would soar to 80+ with the AC running constantly. We shrugged. Our backyard has no trees/shade and the sun beat on us - we thought this was a normal situation. When we called Garret originally, it was for a regular servicing. However, when he came, he found several quirks and errors with our system, and was able to problem solve, reach out to his network of fellow servicers, and research how to fix the situations. The relief I felt as a heavily pregnant woman who FINALLY has AC in JULY! He has been resourceful and kind. He takes the time to explain things - even when my spouse and I can't understand the most complex items! Most of all, his pricing is more than fair. I would pay his completely reasonable fees time and time again to get his excellent services. I'm already penciling in my next furnace check for 2026.

Garrett saved our butts! Our 17-year-old A/C and furnace system, plus the outdoor fan was on its last leg and went caput this past week. We looked at two different options to replace them and Garrett was the clear choice. He is knowledgeable, does great work, has great prices, and his communication is 5-stars. I look forward to having our system tune ups with him and will turn to him for any future A/C and Furnace needs.

I had called around to a few companies for a quote regarding our aging system, Garrett came over the following day, informed me of what was necessary. After talking with him a few times regarding certain systems we decided to contract him to install a new whole house system. He scheduled us within the week and worked quick and efficiently to get us back up and running with our new system. The house has never been this cool and quiet while our a/c has been running. His work is clean and he really knows his stuff. I’d recommend little river to anyone and everyone.

Frank came out and did a fantastic job. Work was quick he addressed all my questions. Price was only for membership, which I renewed because the service from Patriot is great.

We’ve had work done from Mike at Patriot a few different times and everything has been great. From replacing the entire HVAC system to tune ups, Mike has been extremely punctual, helpful, efficient, and friendly. We really appreciate his work and courteous manner with a house full of young kids. We will always call Patriot with our home needs as pricing, work, and staff have been superb. Thank you!

Today I called and had a tech at my house in 15 minutes. He diagnosed and replaced my fan motor in less than 3 hours. The tech didn't try to upsell me and was fair with his price.

They installed a new system for us a year ago. Turned it on this Fall and smelled gas. They had a tech out in 5 minutes to look at it. Was back with a part and fixed within 2 hours. Amazing! If you need a new system or repairs look no further.

Had an Igniter go out at 1:00am, called Patriot at 5 am, Frank was at the house by 6:30 diagnosed the issue and had us up and hearing again by 7:30. He was courteous, efficient, and skilled.

My experience with Patriot Heating & AC has been very good. The most recent visit was primarily warranty work based. The team at Patriot kept me apprised of the situation throughout the process leading up to the warranty replacement of the outside unit. Mike and Frank showed up when expected, efficiently took care of the work they were here to do, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. They were both professional, personable, and considerate throughout their time at our home. Both of them entertained / answered my questions and graciously allowed me to follow them around and observe the work that they were doing.

I felt fortunate that I found this company to replace the old and install my new Rheem HVAC system. The owner Jacob and Mike are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I can not be happier with their service. I highly recommend Patriot to anybody who needs service.

If anyone ever needed a raise, these guys do. From Cody who first inspected it, to Eddie who was extremely thorough and gave 3 great estimates, to the installers, Mike, Justin and Jayden. They had a busy day but found a way to make the installation happen on a late Friday afternoon as temps were going to get in the high 90’s over the weekend!! That is exemplary customer service! We found a leak in a tough to access area of our basement. Mike came out the same afternoon, identified the problem, and fixed it in short order. He was professional, did a good job explaining our options, and solved the problem. Absolutely recommend, you can trust Mike at Patriot to solve your problem!
