Frank Benanti, technician from Patriot HVAC, did our fall furnace maintenance. He answered all our concerns and questions during the visit. We felt he was very thorough and knowledgeable.

We wanted a second opinion on the cost of a new HVAC system. Eddie discussed options with us, and it was clear that Patriot was not trying to oversell us, and they had just what we needed for a lower cost than the competitors.

Justin and Mike did a great job setting up our new heater and cooler. They noticed that our old AC unit was actually out of code and positioned the new one in a safer area. They also noticed that the new motor had a slight manufacturing issue that needed replacement, and within a week, Frank was dispatched to our home to relove the problem.

They were all very friendly, efficient, and professional. Our new system is working great, and we would definitely recommend Patriot to anyone!

We had an issue with our humidifier malfunctioning and water was pouring out everywhere. Mike and Chris showed up the next morning, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in 15 minutes. The peace of mind knowing that a local company with qualified employees can be there to help on short notice goes a long way with me. I will be using Patriot for all my service needs moving forward.

Frank & his team did a fantastic job replacing our heater and humidifier. Professional, speedy, clean, kind, all at a great price (for such a big purchase).

I've used Patriot for several years now, but this was the first time Jayden had been out. He was professional and efficient, explaining everything he did. He even caught that it was time to change the Air scrubber and did that while he was here as well. I highly recommend Jayden & Patriot for all your HVAC needs.

We have worked with both Gabe and Frank from Patriot for regular HVAC tuneups in the last year. Both have been very professional, friendly, and helpful in explaining what they were doing. We specifically fired our previous (and bigger) company because we felt that they were always trying to sell us on something we didn't need, whereas these two gentleman did not. When I knew I had an issue with my humidifier, Frank provided three (reasonable) options of differing cost. We will definitely continue to use Patriot!

Jake was incredibly professional (not pushy at all) and helped me understand exactly what I needed done. He also explained what I needed for my size of home and what was not needed. Installation crew came 4-5 days later (based on what worked with my schedule) they were early and installed new heat & AC units. Mike and Steve were incredibly efficient and hard workers. They kept me updated through the entire process and showed me how everything worked at the end. Super pleased with everything Patriot did for me!

Had an after-hours furnace service on Saturday morning. The technician got the heat working, which I appreciate.

My concern is with billing. The invoice included a $179 trip fee and an additional $192 charge for “reset high limit switch due to dirty filter.” I found that to be an expensive labor charge for resetting the switch, which seems like something that should have been included in the service/diagnostic fee. I emailed for clarification but didn’t get a response.

I had a great experience with the Patriot team from start to finish. Eddie, the salesperson I spoke with, was very thorough and straightforward with me throughout the entire bid.

I moved into a home with a 30+ year old AC, and while it was still working, I wanted to get bids for a new one in the event it failed. Eddie was very kind and wasn't pushy, he gave me a competitive bid and was very transparent.

When it came time for install, Justin, Jayden and Mike were the three who made the magic happen. They were efficient and got the entire unit installed in a matter of hours. Definitely recommend this company.

We’ve used Patriot for the past 15 years. I think our longevity says it all! This company is honest, efficient and respectful. They have installed a water heater, air conditioner and furnace for us as well as by-yearly checkups. We could not recommend them more highly.

Mike did an excellent job working in my furnace and AC units to make sure they are running at peak performance. I am very pleased with Patriot and all they do for our families comfort. Mike, Jaydon and George were very professional installing our new Sinclair HVAC. After they completed the install of the furnace and A/C they cleaned up like they weren't ever there! Mike did a great job leading the team. 5-Star all the way!
