Mike and Larry saved us! When our 10 year old furnace didn’t turn on the first time this winter, we called a company who told us we’d need a new furnace. A friend referred me to AirCare for a 2nd opinion, and we were told a good cleaning and a new pressure switch was the answer. They saved us from having to buy a new furnace!

Larry Donnici has been to our office several times. He's a great tech. He always takes his time to explain everything he has to do and if there are any issues, he makes sure we understand what the issues are. He's kind, courteous, and always on time.

Andrew and Jace were excellent technicians. Spent the day installing both items and were always polite and professional. New system looks great. Def a great company.

Larry was very fast on the repair and gave instructions for helping prevent the issue in the future. We are very grateful for his knowledge and kindness. Thanks for getting the heat back on, in such bad winter weather!

Exceptional job by Larry Donnici! An honest technician that treats his clients with care and professionalism. He installed a wet sensor for condensation tray, cleared out my drain and replaced my air filter quick and affordably. Thank you guys!

Javier did a great job and was professional, punctual and efficient for our seasonal tune-up. I appreciated getting a text notification reminder of the appointment and another one when he was on his way.

This was our second time using Air Care Heating and Cooling. Our furnace began making occasional loud noises that often prompted us to see if a work truck had pulled into our driveway. Javier was the tech who replaced the blower motor and wheel. Problem solved, and our furnace runs quiet and smooth now. What a relief, and the part was under warranty. Javier was friendly, professional, and focused on the task. He was happy to answer any questions we had. We are very happy with the service Air Care provides. Would definitely recommend.

Ivan and Hunter replaced our Air conditioner and furnace today. They were highly professional, polite, timely, organized, put tarps down and were clean. They worked well as a team, very efficient. Ivan patiently showed me how to use the new app driven thermostat. I highly recommend them! I also liked that we had a personal comfort care point of contact prior to the install. Importantly, every thing is running smoothly, they did what they said they were going to do at the price quoted. No surprises.,

Had a low pressure issue that prevented our furnace from running. Ryan and Mike were very responsive and thorough in determining the root cause and fixing the issue. Had a great experience working with them!

Follow up- Larry came back the following evening after some issues with the heat going back out and quickly identified a subsequent problem with one of the propane jets and was able to resolve at no charge.

Air Care has boiler guys! In a city with many HVAC companies, there are just a few who handle boilers with their superior hot water heat. After being with my former HVAC after years with indifferent service, I have been very pleasantly surprised by the promptness, kindness and knowledgeable service of Air Care. I am relieved to have found such a competent company.

Jamie came by within a few hours on a Saturday for a free estimate on our furnace and he was polite and informative. He gave me a fair quote with no pressure. I would definitely recommend Air Care!

Posting for my husband. Zach D tuned up and cleaned our a/c. Took us through the entire process- explained what he did and why. Gave our system the time it needed including cleaning our outside unit. He was professional, courteous , and even texted us when he was on his way giving us a heads up.
We had a few questions he took the time to answer and we didn’t feel rushed. Extremely likable!!
We really thought highly of him. They hire great people and Zach is one of them. We trust him and feel he did a great job.

Larry was wonderful to work with… He not only explained what was wrong with my furnace, but he helped me with other things in the House. Told me to turn on all the water faucets. There was one in the basement that is so old we could not turn it on so Larry took my space heater and put that there to make it safe. He was a very kind and nice man and he knew what he was talking about. So I bought the comfort care club because of Larry. And Larry made sure that he called His boss to facilitate getting a new furnace as soon as possible. That’s what I call service. He’s a Good representative for your company.
I would also like to commend Sasha the woman I spoke to when I first called. She was so kind and so helpful because I was a little frightened about not having heat and having to Possibly wait until somebody came because it is so cold here. She was lovely to work with also.
When you have good employees like this, I suggest you give them a raise.
Now Jamie was here and he helped me decide on which furnace to Purchase. He was so helpful talking about what would be best and what would be best price and so on and so forth he did not try to sell me something I did not need and I’m going to say the same things about Jamie. He was wonderful to work with knew what he was talking about explained it to me very carefully and was very kind now if I need to make another one for Jamie, I will. I just thought I might attach it to this if Jamie doesn’t get this Commendation because it’s on Larry’s… I will write one for him when I receive the email. Jamie also deserves a raise You have very Nice and trustworthy people working for your company that is so important. Thank you, Deana Petty

Very very pleased with the service provided by Larry today. He was good to explain everything and answered all of our questions. Todd has also been great with our annual service visits. I look forward to working with them both going forward.

Ryan with Air Care came to my home to do the maintenance on the furnace ( so very important to do each season) and is very knowledgeable, courteous and answered all my questions. He is such a nice human being. When I first had Air Care to my home in the spring, they showed up, after the other co. Put a part in wrong, and my air conditioner stopped working working. They said three or more days to come back. I called Air Care and they came the same day. That is above and beyond what I had expected. Air Care is the best co. That I have ever had.
