I had a fantastic experience with patriot heat and air during my recent HVAC maintenance service. Scotty, the technician was outstanding.

He arrived right on time and was extremely thorough in inspecting and servicing my system. He made sure everything was running smoothly and even gave me some helpful tips to keep my HVAC in top shape.

I highly recommend to have Scotty come out and check on your system for the heating season.

Had a furnace acting up on Sunday and Josh G. was out first thing Monday morning. Not only did he get the furnace up and running but took extra time to explain things and gave me some tips on things to look out for in the future. Having a great technician is one thing - but the friendly, courteous, and respectful interaction is what will keep me as a customer. I will definitely call them if I need help in the future.

Josh is a great technician and I would recommend his work. He is knowledable and let's you know when he will be finished. He explains everything and willing to answer any and all questions you may have before he leaves. I would recommend Patriot Heating in the future to anyone who has humidifier issues.

Water heaters had to be replaced. Mike and Josh did an amazing job with speed and efficiency. Problem identified by Jake first thing this morning, and he had Mike and Josh out within a few hours to replace them. Always responsive and care deeply about their customers.

Mike Starling from Patriot Heating & AC LLC did a great job installing a new furnace for us. Once he identified the issue with our broken furnace, he cleared his schedule to be able to install a brand new furnace the next day. He is truly dedicated to taking care of his customers. He maintained opened communication throughout the whole process and answered any questions or concerns we had with the new furnace.
We have been with Patriot for over 5yrs and they continue to impress us with their professionalism.

Mike was our technician and he was AMAZING! Unfortunately our control board went out and he was able to diagnose it, talk through options with me, and then install a new unit all in one day. He was so nice and thorough. It was great being able to lean on his experience and have confidence in our final decision. We were very thankful to have him and recommend him highly to anyone.

When you see an extra thermostat in your house and you think its non functioning, just go ahead and cut the wires. Then you get to meet Mike Starling when he comes to fix your entire hvac system you shut down! Mike got there quickly, knew right away what the problem was, and got the wiring fixed and the heater running again. We got a fair price for the repairs. Always use Patriot!

Patriot has been great to work with. We called them in a pinch last summer when we needed a whole new hearing and cooling system. They sent Mike out to us the next day, and by mid-morning we were starting to enjoy our new A/C. A little over a year later and Mike was back out for a routine checkup…all systems go…ready for winter! Mike (and everyone at Patriot) are super timely and super professional. Happy to do business with them!

Patriot worked out super well for me! When the original bid didn’t fit in our budget, Jake worked with us to get some discounts and make it work. He was super responsive, on time, and his crew did an awesome job! I would 10/10 use Patriot again for my heating and cooling needs.

On a Sunday afternoon we requested service for a failing furnace, and Josh was able to make it to us the next morning despite the recent snow and cold snap. He was extremely thorough, communicative, and friendly. We ended up opting to replace the furnace with Mike and George showing up the very next day. Being able to turn up this fast, both days, when many systems in the area were likely stressed, was the best response we’ve ever experienced with an hvac servicer. The new furnace install was very clean and fixed a lot of issues left by the previous furnace setup. Patriot is a great company and we highly recommend them!

My furnace stopped working after hours just before one of the coldest nights of the year. I contacted Patriot and within 10 minutes I had a call back from Jayden. Within 20 minutes he was at my house. Jayden was fantastic and so helpful, he took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. When it comes to heating and cooling Patriot is one of the best companies I have worked with, they have been my go to company for over a decade and when you are in a pinch they are there to help!
Follow up to my first review: About a week later my furnace started acting up again. I called Patriot back out, and the tech who came was just as professional and kind as the first tech who came out. After diagnosing the issue, he advised that the furnace needed to be replaced. The owner personally worked with me, quoted me a fantastic price, and made sure I understood all my options. Mike was out the very next day and had everything up and running quickly. As always he was great to work with, answered all my questions and made sure everything was running perfect before he left.
From Stephanie, who was so helpful on the phone and got everything scheduled quickly, to the tech who came back out to diagnose the issue, to the owner and the install team, every single person I dealt with was fantastic.

Would highly recommend this company for HVAC needs. Jake, the owner was so easy to work with and got everything set up seamlessly! Mike and Jayden were clearly knowledgeable, thorough and finished the job in a timely manner. They were also very respectful of our home, cleaned up, and were friendly to our whole family. Overall amazing service.

Our AC was not operating correctly. Ryan was quick to respond and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was efficient while getting our system back in working order. Would highly recommend and have since recommending other family members who have joined the Air Care maintenance membership.

Larry always does a great job with our twice a year furnace and ac maintenance. He always takes the time to answer any questions we have and explain how things work. We love air care!

Air Care is the way to go! Very detailed and gives you options. Other companies were $400-600 more expensive for the same HVAC humidifier model. Ivan Alvarez did a fantastic job installing ours and replaced parts that we weren’t expecting to make our system more efficient. Highly recommend!
