The installation crew were meticulous and careful about moving the equipment and cleaning up the work area when finished. Thermostats were mounted with care, all wires were tie-wrapped, and all metalwork was fastened by screws and sealed with silicone. The zone control is simply amazing, and we are experiencing comfort like never before!

We had our winter maintenance check done by Javier Luna from Air Care, and he did a fantastic job! He arrived exactly on time and was incredibly professional and friendly throughout the visit.

We had our first service on the Comfort Care Club plan today and the experience so far has been wonderful. Service Coordinator, Joshua G, was so friendly and made it easy to sign up and schedule. Then our tech Zachary did a very thorough job inspecting our system and explaining the process. He discovered some repairs that needed to be made, and luckily on the plan we’ll get some major discounts on those, so it’s well worth the cost. Looking forward to working with AirCare for many more years!

Same day service on a Saturday when our furnace went out and the temp outside was in the teens!

I have been a customer of Air Care for many years and have always excellent experiences with them. Last week the fan on my HVAC system failed. Todd, who always does a thorough and effective job, came to my house the same day as my call. He diagnosed the problem, ordered a replacement, and gave me instruction on how to still have heat while we waited on a new motor. Within three days, the new motor had arrived and Todd had installed it. Josh at the office was helpful as always and scheduled everything as quickly as possible.
I cant’t say too many good things about this company.

Larry came to replace the control panel on our Lennox HVAC, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He arrived right on time, was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Larry took the time to explain all our options clearly, and it’s obvious he takes great pride in his work. We had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be using Larry and Air Care again. Highly recommend!

Fantastic and speedy service in timely manner! Had a safety issue with a gas leak in the house and Zachary was prompt in showing up after hours. The owner followed up and checked in a day to ensure there were no further problems. I will be only using them in the future for my HVAC needs! I highly recommend them!

Amazing, all around experience!! From the first call to install they were very kind and professional. In the end they welcomed me to the family and that means alot. I didn't feel pressured in anyway, was actually shocked when going through options and pricing with Jamie, not near as much as other companies quoted or prices I saw just looking at units myself, with install and supplying furnace & parts they are very reasonable. Plus they offer 18mos 0 financing, life saver. Call Friday morning, Jamie was here by noon on a Friday it was 40 degress outside, cold zero temps coming next day/ weekend, they was at our door 8am next morning ready to go which was the cherry on top, we was saved from the zero degree weather with house warm in no time :) thank you team, we are forever greatful. I will definitely take the "we are part of the family" and feel blessed and confident they will assure we are taken care of going forward.

The Service Representative was extremely knowledgeable and explained in detail what could be done and not done regarding my unique situation. He consulted with other staff members and gave me various options which included a cost analysis. Javier was awesome!! He showed up right on time and was super friendly. He diagnosed our furnace's issue, it needed a new ignitor and installed the replacement in a little over an hour. There were no hidden fees and the total cost for everything was incredibly reasonable. We will definitely use Air Care Heating and Cooling again in the future.

Air Care installed my original HVAC, and after 20 years it was time to get the AC and furnace replaced. Owner came out and estimated. Ivan and Josh handled the installation. They were very professional. Communicated what they were doing. Took very good care of my home while onsite. (Put tarps down, wore plastic booties, swept up after.). I had a very good experience with them and do recommend.

This was the third bid we received for a mini split installation. By far, they were the quickest to respond and were very thorough and knowledgeable during the process. Jamie was the only one to ask us how we would be using the space versus just slapping together a bid. The work was impecable and done in a day and a half! Crew was super professional! They are truly a 5-star company, highly recommend!

Fast, friendly and very helpful response from tech Larry when I called on an extremely cold Sunday after my furnace quit running overnight. Absolutely top notch guy. First time I’ve contacted AirCare, but it won’t be the last. They will now be the first place I call if my HVAC system goes down, based on the outstanding service from Larry.

I woke this morning to 10 degree tenps, subzero windchill and a 23 year old Furnace starting to fail. I called Air Care. Within an hour Jamie Kroupa was on site reviewing my system and providing reasonable options that would meet my needs. 18 mo free financing was also available. When he told me they could be at my home to install first thing in the a.m. I was thrilled. He walked me through the paper work and we were set. Just and hour after he left, I received a phone call from the gent that managed the install teams. The team that were to be at my home the following morning had finished their job and could head to my house to get the work done TODAY! I was ecstatic!! Cameron Schwegman and Andrew Puckett arrived. They worked tirelessly to install both units A/C and Furnace. They were fantastic! Super knowledeable, polite, and efficient. They even halped me get the app set up on my phone to rum my thermostat. I cannot express how pleased I am with my entire experience! Thank you, Andrew, Cameron and Jamie.

Ryan from AirCare HVAC came out for maintenance today and did an awesome job! He was super thorough—checked every part of my system and made sure all the readings were where they should be. When he spotted anything that was off, he either fixed it right then and there or gave me a heads up about parts that might need attention soon. Really appreciated his attention to detail and how carefully he went through everything. Made me feel confident my system's in good shape, but will need a little TLC in the next year or so. He discussed the updated maintenance program, and it looked to be a very fair deal. Since we have a family member with breathing issues, he recommended we look at an ultraviolet light system that will help keep our system clean and also kill mold and other contaminants in the air. Five stars! I would definitely recommend him!

I'd recommend these guys any day of the week! Jamie went above and beyond to help us when our system was down, as we were facing a hard decision on what to do next. I was impressed with Air Care from the top down as they operate with excellent communication, transparency, and clarity when I needed help. I could tell these guys had the industry knowledge and expertise when evaluating my options and talking through the install. The pricing was clear and complete the first time and they give you the out the door cost without any hassle. The installers were fast, professional, clean and safe. Truly a great team all around.

Absolutely amazing experience all around!! This company is truly run by good, honest people! Extremely professional. They were on time and very respectful of our home. They wore shoe covers and put down cloths everywhere they worked and walked. They were very informative of the product and process. I recently purchased a new Mitsubishi ductless system from Air Care Heating & Cooling, and the experience was excellent. Shane managed the installation crew and really took care of me through out the process. There were a couple of small adjustments I wanted and this is where Air Care truly stood out. They listened , responded with a great attitude, and made sure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. The entire team is professional, reliable, and easy to trust.

Todd was amazingly patient and thorough and helped to confirm that the heat strips on my two Mitsubishi Hyper Heat ducted heat pumps did not work. I spent the past 2+ years telling my original installer that, and it seems they just kept blowing me off. Todd was able to determine that one of the heat strip units was not even hooked up! The other one is still a work in progress as I was already planning on upgrading from a non-communicating zone board to a fully communicating one by Airzone. I am so relieved to have one of my systems finally working properly and to be working with a company that takes my issues seriously.
