Brian Marshall and his Wife at Marshall Lawn and Irrigation are quite simply, amazing! I am and continue to be completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Brian installed my Rachio Sprinkler Controller on my existing Sprinkler System basically at cost. I now can control my entire irrigation schedule with my iPhone. I highly recommend Marshall Lawn and Irrigation, they are outstanding!

Brian's company has handled the holiday lighting needs for our 25 home HOA in Prairie Village for the last several seasons. His crew's work is always top notch and we are very pleased.

Undeniably the best lawn service I’ve ever had. We constantly get complements from em family and friends that come over to visit about our yard and ask what we did to make it so lush and green. We always say, Marshall Lawn. I’m a not an expert when it comes to lawn maintenance but when we have questions, Kat is always happy to help answer them.

During the holiday season, we chose them to install our Christmas lights. Brian was up on our roof while it was snowing in freezing weather to get them on, ahead of our family Christmas party and they looked incredible. Our kids were so happy. Best part, they take them down AND store them. Highly recommend Marshall Lawn and Irrigation.

After using another company for nearly two years, switching to Marshall Lawn has been one of the best decisions we’ve made. From the very first visit, the difference was clear. Got as far as having someone come out to my house to see about getting an estimate before I got ghosted. The email I had been using to correspond to started returning errors that the address didn't exist. I called and left a message but never heard back. I was hoping for better from such a highly rated company. (I will say the guy that came out to see about an estimate, Austin, was very kind and helpful.)

Ian was quick to respond to any texts or emails and kept me updated.
He was able to give me an estimate without having to meet me face to face, which was convenient. The cost for brush removal was very reasonable and the workers did a great job.

Ian and his team did a wonderful job with our landscaping. We told a little of what we wanted but gave him some creative freedom and it turned out great. He was very responsive and timely.

I wanted to use a local smaller company for some residential landscaping work. The people who came out to bid the work were very nice. However, there was some lack of communication when they came out to perform the work. Some of that was on me as my son was not there as intended to let them in the garage to winterize the sprinkler system. Thus, we had to reschedule. However, they did not appear on the rescheduled day. I had to call. The office said the person who was to do the work had been sick that week. Understandable. But they did not call to let me know. I took the morning off work and had to call them when they no showed. Next, they did send someone to complete the outside work that was not completed the first time. That was fine. But the following day they sent someone to winterize the sprinkler system. They completed the work but left my garage door open and also left the back yard gate open. I sensed the employee was not happy to be there and left in a hurry so I am glad I went out to check the gate myself before letting my dog go back outside as she would have clearly escaped into the neighborhood. Finally? I get to work I find they billed me for the winterization AGAIN! I had paid the entire bill 30 days before. Of course they took the second invoice off the account but my whole experience suggested that this company is not yet ready for "prime time".

Easy company to work with. I had a laundry list of things to be done around my yard. They gave me an itemized list with some different pricing options. I had a bit of sticker shock, but that was due to the number of things I wanted done...their prices are actually very reasonable. We agreed to do my highest priority items for now, and the work was done with quality and professionalism. I definitely plan to have them back in the spring to knock more items off my list.

Ian installed a new sprinkler system Master unit. I am happy with it. He has also been here a couple of other times for me the past couple of years working on the sprinklers. Has always been prompt and completed the jobs well. I would definitely recommend his services.

Had them, clear some shrubs and install roses bushes, fixed up our mulch beds. And laid some new sod in our front yard, and installed a drain at the end of my patio. Ian and his crew lead by Pat, came out and got the job done in 1 day. We are very pleased with the outcome. Would and do recommend them.

We have utilized Cliffy Care a couple of times when new sod was needed. They provided high quality sod, AND when they arrived they don't sit in their cars smoking or drinking coffee for an hour. When they were on site, they were working and working HARD. There is not a lot of wasted motion. We have had a lot of work done during the Pandemic, but Cliffy Care was by far our most positive experience. I highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience with Cliffy Care. Extremely helpful, always kept in contact, reasonable, on time and had one of the hottest Kansas City days (105) to get the job done as promised. Would highly recommend them. Very pleased with the outcome.

Everyone was great from start to finish. The attention to detail and follow up was perfect. Their patience with me changing my mind was beyond appreciated. Final result was stone edging, tree trimming, 5 bush removal and 54 plant installation! Everything was done in a day with a crew and they let me hang around and give directions! Cleanup was done and they even reseeded where the lawn got dented a little bit. Fair price out of 3 bids and enjoyed working with them.

We moved form Texas and bought a new build in Olathe KS. We bid out our project to several companies and Ian was the most responsive and reasonable with pricing. We are glad we chose Cliffy, their passion to turn out a good product is second to none. We couldn’t be happier with our new back yard - I highly recommended!

I have been a customer of Cliffy Care Landscaping for over 4 years. They do a great job every time and they are very responsive to text or emails. We also this summer had them take out mulch and rock all our landscaping around our house and we could not be happier.
