This was my first big repair since I bought my house and let me tell you, I was nervous!! I had 3 companies come out and two told me there wasn't enough roof damage to get a claim with my insurance. Adam, with 1st Priority Roofing, came out and looked and found there was definitely enough, and he could get work with my insurance company to get it taken care of… and he DID!!! He called my insurance company FOR me (while I sat with him for verification) and started the whole process! I had no idea what I was doing but he did, so this helped alleviate stress right away. And this was just the beginning process!! Adam was available for any and all questions I had, even if I was asking the same one again. ALWAYS kind and very knowledgeable. He communicated EVERY step of the way just as I had asked (email and text – phone calls get missed). He worked with MY schedule when we did need to meet. We set a date for material drop off, roof install and gutter work and there was no lag, no moving dates and they got everything done in the time frame given – actually EARLY!! After the roofing was completed, the crew cleaned everything up so quickly it was like they hadn’t even been there… I was truly shocked and SOOOO impressed!! If I EVER have to have roof work done again, I will DEFINITELY call Adam with 1st Priority Roofing! He was AMAZING to work with and their crews are just the same!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

1st Priority puts their customers first, just like the name says, the CUSTOMERS are their 1st priority. Excellent customer service and easy to talk to. Good for you if you are lucky enough to get Danny Wimberly as your rep! He epitomizes the term customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with this company. If you want it done right, give them a call!!

Robert helped greatly with everything from the initial appointment where he helped call insurance company to get claim started to the end where he checked to make sure roof looked good and I was happy with everything. Installers were done in less than 1 day which included clean up. Great all around service from Robert and everyone else involved.

Had good experience with 1st Priority. Danny took care of the insurance claim and arranged the roof/gutter replacement. Good crews did the work despite the weather problems and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. Would definitely recommend them.

Danny was great to work with from beginning to end. Helped with the insurance claim, and suggesting a shingle color to compliment the house. Salvador and his crew were fast and clean, getting the roof and gutters replaced in the 100+ heat! Danny finished the job with a great inspection, making sure we were taken care of. We worked with Brody and he was very responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible in accordance with our needs. The work was done in a timely fashion. Our only hold up was that though our paperwork said that we needed vents added and new boards over the porch, that information was not relayed to the roofers which led us to have to purchase those materials for the roofers to install. Apart from this issue, we enjoyed working with 1st Priority and would recommend their services to others wishing to get their roof replaced.

1st Priority Roofing is a very professional, full service company. From their initial inspection of my roof after a hail storm through the installation of the new roof and gutters they have been extremely helpful. My insurance adjuster initially denied a new roof. 1st Priority went to bat for me and helped me get another adjuster to come out and take a look who then approved the new roof. I highly recommend this company. They were incredible throughout this entire process.

Jarrod came out to do the inspection today. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! And gave us better news than we expected about our roof! Definitely recommend to friends!

Danny W. really went above and beyond on not just one but two roofing projects for us. One was a house we were selling that needed the roof replaced and second on a house we recently purchased. It was discovered very soon after we moved in that our roof and guttering needed replaced due to a previous hailstorm. He worked endlessly with our realtor and coordinated with the former owners to get the repairs approved. Danny is very easy to work with, honest and diligent. If ever there were a white glove roof replacement service, 1st Priority Roofing is it! Cannot over-describe how easy and painless it was to get our new roof. From the initial inspection to the project clean-up, the owner, Jarrod, was hands-on and professional. He walked us through everything, including getting on the phone with our insurance company to submit the claim, getting in the roof with the insurance inspector to make sure they spotted every bit of damage, being on site with his crew, and doing final clean-up sweeps. Install was two days, whole process took about three weeks (only because our insurance company was behind on inspection scheduling). Great communication and professionalism throughout- and the roof looks great. Thanks so much!!
