Tried to call to inquire about some painting I needed done, and mitch straight hung up on me. Not good customer service and really not very friendly. Anything to do with a home is personal, so I look for best, clearly this business isn't..

Mitch and Ben stained the front of my cabin in Reno County. Was going to tackle it myself but have a fear of heights and it’s 3 stories. Decided to give them a shot. Really impressed with their work, used high quality stain and sealer. If it wasn’t for the new beautiful stain I wouldn’t have even known they were there. They went above and beyond to clean up the job site and turn the area back to the way it was. Even carried my grill, old whiskey barrels, chairs, and table back to the front of the cabin for me. Getting ready to paint my first home late Spring and they will definetly be on my short list of companies to call. Thank you guys.

Communication was excellent! The job looked great. We did a final walkthrough to make sure and was assured if any touch up work was found and needed they would come back! Excellent work!

After showing up for the job, Mitch told me it would be another $500 because he didn’t realize my house was beige and it was being painted white. I mentioned that I was never asked for the new paint color until after the quote was given and reminded him that he had been to the house before that and was aware of the existing color. He said he had too many houses to keep track of. That’s a new one. Not wanting to wait another couple months to re-quote and schedule elsewhere, I agreed, so that’s on me.

I was told right before the job was complete that two more gallons needed to be picked up to finish. The skips (as shown) were easy for me to fix with the three gallons I was left after the job.

Made an appointment for an estimate and they never showed up. I called them. They didn't apologize, and they said it would be another week to reschedule. I told them to cancel. I'll go somewhere is.

HNS transformed our house! We went from tolerating the exterior to being obsessed with it! They were patient with us when we changed our minds on the design and did everything they promised they could do! We had a very distinct look in mind for our house and they absolutely nailed it. They were very reasonably priced and even offered discounts! We are very pleased and would recommend them for any job you need!

These guys are the total package. Not only have they done exceptional work on my personal property, but have also represented themselves well in front of my customers. Excellent communication coupled with quality work goes along way these days. Thanks Ben and Mitch. Keep up the good work.
