Haven't had the new roof installed yet, but I've have been so impressed with the company, it's process and the employees thus far that a review now is necessary. I will update this as my experience goes.

The Sept 3rd hail storm did some damage on my siding and roof. I choose Rhoden because it's excellent reviews and word of mouth recommendations.

Background- I closed on my home on June 2nd this year and am located in Indian Hills. During my searching and buying process, Rhoden sent inspectors to come check the roofs on a few homes I was interested in for free. I was beyond appreciative. The salespersons were all punctual, kind and I could easily tell they are well studied in their craft.

After I was able to schedule an estimate for the Sept 3rd damage, which could take a week or three (good companies are busy), the salesman Patrick M found where the flashing around my chimney had a leak. Pat was kind, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. I believe he was titled salesperson of the year for Rhoden. I have had wonderful communication with him and the company. A quick shout-out to Tia as well, who usually answers the phone when I call the company, who has a great sense of humor and jovial disposition. Pat is also coming over here soon to patch the flashing around the chimney temporarily till the roof is able to be replaced. Pat has given me an in-person, detailed rundown of the damages, and the breakdown of the insurance/monies side of the process. The information appointment was comprehensive and easy to understand

So far I feel supported, my issues cared for and I look forward to seeing how the rest of this process goes. I will absolutely be recommending Pat and Rhoden Roofing to anyone who needs quality and that little extra bit of amazing that great companies have to show each customer they're well cared for.

Rhoden is amazing!! Extremely professional, friendly and just all out wonderful to work with. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and friendly. The crew is quick and efficient, cleans up beautifully and are all about getting things done. I would use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.

I didn’t know how to approach the storm damage on my roof. My concern had to do with whether I would get a fair shake from my insurance adjuster. After talking with Chris about my worries, he volunteered to come out, get on my roof and give me an assessment. After finding damage, he agreed to meet the insurance adjuster during his inspection to ensure he found all the damage. After the inspection, the insurance company agreed to cover the repair costs and I just had to come up with the deductible and depreciation on my old roof. When Noah came out with the team, they were fast, and he was thorough and courteous. The entire job was completed in a day and a half. Now I have a great looking new roof and no complaints whatsoever… Thanks Rhoden!

We contacted Rhoden Roofing regarding a gutter downspout that was leaking. They didn't install the gutter system but were kind enough to come out and take a look at it. Jerrod Byrne came out to look at it - he was very punctual and kind. He came back the next day and completed the repair and did a wonderful job. Thank you Jerrod.

Rhoden Roofing did a wonderful job from the beginning to the completion of our roof and gutter project. They walked us through the process step by step and delivered an excellent product. Brayden was very helpful and patient with us through the whole process and Logan did a great job making sure all our needs were addressed at conclusion.

The management and crew at Rhoden were very professional, always available if I had a concern or question, and upfront with every potential contingency. Moreover, if something came up they contacted me as soon as possible and worked to get me the most reasonable deal on costs. They were particularly good at working with my schedule and obligations. All my thanks to Haylee, Jordan, Brian, and the entire crew that gave me a new and far better roof!

James was our main contact and walked us through all the red tape and procedures, what to do,from estimate on. Couldnt be happier with the ease of these transactions. Rhoden replaced my roof after the September hail storms that hit Wichita. The process was smooth and easy from beginning to end. Everyone from office staff to installers was kind and professional. The work was done quickly and the roof looks great! Communication was great throughout the process and billing/dealing with insurance was smooth.

I had to have some work done to my roof but there had been a lot of damage throughout the city and every time I called any company they said sorry can't help you. But when I called Rhoden Roofing they were more than happy to help but advised that it may take some time which was fine with me. I dealt with Jerrod who was with me every step of the way he came out. Took pictures measured. I got my quote and then he came out and double-checked the dimensions. On the day of completion which was done by Claudio, the gentleman was very nice. Very professional showed me the after pictures and I was very pleased. Thank you Rhoden Roofing

Gave 5 stars due to Chris J, the project coordinator. Chris took more time and effort examining my roof than the others combined. He was professional, courteous and explained in layman's words detailing what he found and provided options. His estimate was one I could afford and I truly appreciate his honesty. The Men from Rhoden showed up early, ready to roll , replacing roofing shingles, etc hail-damaged back in 2025. My house is an early 20th century, 3 bedroom bungalow with a somewhat complex roof. James Ramos helmed the work, keeping in touch on how things were proceeding. The finished job looks great and their cleanup was total. Would recommend these guys.

On September 3, 2025, my home in Wichita, Kansas suffered a baseball size hail storm destroying my roof. My insurance company wanted two estimates to have the old roof removed and a new roof installed. My friend Daniel advised me to contact Chris Johns who owns LLC Rhoden Roofing because Daniel had a wonderful experience with Rhoden Roofing when they did work for him. Chris came out and crawled up and took a look at the damage to my roof and was both professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and his services.

I had a great experience with Rhoden Roofing LLC! Few days ago my tire had got caught in a ditch which created a 2 inch gash in the tire. Rhoden Roofing Employees offered to help me with getting my tire rotated to my spare with no issues. They are truly a blessing. I had great experience working with Rhoden Roofing and my inspector/sales person James Telfer, crew supervisor Jose Ramirez and Haylee Vickers. They installed 2 roofs on 2 of my properties within the last few months due to storm damage. They are ALL very courteous and professional. Very good communication through out the entire process. I recently had an opportunity to have Carson Randle visit our house and have a roof inspection done from the hail storm from September 2025 His company was in contention for the job with 2 other companies. I can't praise Carson enough for his demeanor and PROFESSIONALISM. I have never encountered a concise, professional presentation as I did with Carson!!! He even presented a video of Rhoden Roofing beyond belief. I was in no way pressured by him, questions and concerns answered, and the end result was a no brainer. I awarded the job to Rhoden Roofing!!! To Carson, 5+ stars. A job well done!!

To say I’m impressed with Rhoden Roofing would be an understatement. As a first time home owner when it hailed and I needed my roof checked the process was overwhelming and scary. I have an older roof and Rhoden did a roof tune-up for me. They caulked all the flashings, skylights, exposed nails and fireplace. As well as installed new pipe boots on all the pipes. It took a bit to get scheduled but they got it done efficiently. I want to mention working with Cody was a pleasure. After dealing with a sketch company after a recent hail storm - I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.
