We hired another company to clean our ducts. Turns out that there was mold in the ducts and they wouldn't be able to clean them. I called Charles at ServPro NW. I think he knew how stressed I was and fit me in within a week. He sent sent three young men who were incredibly professional and extremely nice. They did a fantastic job and gave me a great sense of relief! The price was very affordable as well. Great job, gents...thank you!!

We had the unfortunate need to utilize SERVPRO of NE Wichita twice last month after two major water issues in our home. They were easy to schedule with and arrived on time. The crews were as friendly and helpful as ever - even staying late on a Friday evening to finish the job. The crews were professional and did a great job removing affected materials, treating our floors and walls to prevent mold growth, and cleaning up after. I highly recommend this company if you find yourself in need of water mitigation services. We are currently in the process of restoration after our damage and our contractor mentioned that he has followed several of SERVPRO's jobs and they have all been done really well. Their office manager Kelly is really wonderful at communicating. SERVPRO provided an incredibly detailed report with pictures and floor plans that I was able to submit to my insurance company as part of the claims process. Wonderful company, wonderful crew led by David, highly recommend!

Insurance doesn't tell you to call these guys in the beginning. But when you do it takes a lot of stress off with dealing with insurance

Blaine and his crew were quick to analyze our problem and make quick work of removing damaged materials. They set up fans and a dehumidifier in the two areas damaged and dried out quickly. They were efficient. careful and polite from beginning to end.

I have some water damage from storms damage on my roof. Needed the attic, ceiling and walls insulation removed and dried out. Even though ServPro is booked out 2 weeks. He gave me a good referral to another restoration service. I really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness.
The other service is able to come out tomorrow morning. You don't find many contractors who would be this helpful. Thank again.

Giving a 3 because they were able to remove the mold/everyone was kind. But would not recommend because there was just issue after issue after issue. Was originally quoted for a mold remediation when I had asked to be quoted for a complete removal/rebuild since it was on wood. Less than an hour before my appointment I was contacted by a secretary saying I would be rescheduled because they wanted to do an emergency job vs my scheduled appointment when I had booked to be away from the home for 2 days during the process due to pregnancy/my daughters mold sensitivity. I explained this to her and that I would like to keep my appointment and asked if I could decline. She said it was not really a request and that I could call her boss and ask him rather than her doing it since it was awkward.
When their industrial machine was plugged in it blew my outlets out on one wall and they didn’t realize so my food was left to rot in a fridge/freezer with no power and I got to add on an electricians bill to get the outlets back up and running.
After the mold removal the contractor who had been supposed to come right in and have the project finished within a couple days came in and doubled his quote as they said without reason. Then a second contractor came and wasn’t available for 6 weeks so they brought in a 3rd contractor. This guy said he could complete everything and got started. He was able to install the cabinets but had no idea what he was doing with the plumbing as he had previously said he could do it. At the end of the project he said it wasn’t his specialty and I would need to hire someone else. The plumber that came out was shocked at how it was left. This all took about a month rather than the less than a week I was originally told and was significantly higher than quoted after all the extra people that had to be hired to fix the mistakes.
So essentially awkward scheduling/customer service provided by the secretary, and the company not having solid connections with contractors. I had offered to find my own contractor for the rebuild when there started to be issues and was told no they wanted to. I would have hired someone myself if I knew they were just putting me with whoever they thought could do the job fastest for the original price.

I cannot recommend NW Servpro enough! They stepped in to help when another company left us high and dry. Charlie was so kind and helpful, as well as Blaine. Their kindness truly made such an impact on us. They were fast, professional. All we could have wanted and more. Thank you to the team!

Our house was flooded last Tuesday. After contacting our insurance company they were having trouble fining someone to come out because of the high number of people needing their flood damaged homes cleaned up as well. I got on several other companies waiting lists before I called Servpro and spoke with Johanna. She quickly referred me to Richard who called me back within the hour. He came out first thing Wednesday morning and within 2 hours had 20 industrial fans and 2 industrial dehumidifiers. Both Richard and Blaine were confident they could get everything dried out including our 2 rooms with carpet. They saved all our flooring including carpet and didn’t need any walls removed. We only have to replace a few things and get the carpet and furniture cleaned. I highly recommend Blaine and his crew. They are very polite and professional and they really went above and beyond to save everything they could. Will definitely call them again for any future needs.
