Givens Restoration is a great water clean up and repair services company. They repaired a roof on one of my rental properties. I was totally pleased. I highly recommend Givens Restoration Company.

Storm damage to house. They wanted half of the total cost up front, but would not give me a date of when they would be out there to do the repairs. Waited over a month with multiple phone calls requesting date, still would not give me a date for repairs. Went with a different company.

I have used Givens in the past for water restoration, and that is why I used them again to clean my entire home and vents. Mark was so professional and worked extra hard to remove a nail polish stain that several others couldn't! Many thanks to the team!

This is not service related but one of their company vehicles rear ended me at a stop light the other day and left the scene before I could even get out of my car to get their info... watch out for a white Toyota SUV with custom plate MACKSAJ

When looking for restoration company, look no further. I was excited to find honesty and integrity with Darryl and his crew, and they were going above and beyond at all times to get our house back in order after a serious mess. They not only did great work on the restoration, but walked with us in communicating with the contractors which they did not get paid for. Can't recommend enough, definitely reach out to them while shopping for a restoration team.

Our hot water heater flooded our basement in the middle of the night, soaking 1/2 our basement. Our Insurance company assigned Given's to handle the restoration. The showed up when they said they would, had to move lots of stuff in the unfinished storage area, haul out carpet in that area, move a family room full of furniture, sucking up the water, tearing out the carpet pad, extracting the carpet, setting up 12 fans and 2 de-humidifiers. They have been great to work with. Given's will also handle the carpet replacement and install. We are still dealing with the Insurance Co regarding the replacement settlement & they have not been the greatest to work with, but I would highly recommend Given's

Contacted Givens Restoration to clean the carpet in every room of our home. We were in the process of selling our home so we wanted the carpet to have a new appearance.
Gentlemen arrived on time to scheduled appointment and were courteous and professional. They explained the procedure that they were going to use and asked did I have any questions or concerns.
After cleaning by Givens Restoration, the carpet look and felt clean and smell fresh like new.
We have Givens Restoration scheduled to clean the carpets in our newly purchased home and also clean the duct work prior to moving in.
Givens Restoration is dependable and very professional and you will find a hard time beating their rates as well.

They repointed the masonry, resealed the crown, and added a new cap for protection. The finished work looks great and has already made a difference. AR Roofing did an awesome job they tore off the old roof , put on new decking, sheeting and shingled all in one day including cleaning up and hauling off all the old torn off shingles and etc. Nick Layton was very professional, genuinely concerned to make sure the job was done correctly and the crew were very efficient in getting things done. I would highly recommend them for roofing contractors.

Top notch establishment with expertise and the efficiently to back it up. Ask for Jonathan Paine. Worked with him a few times now. Very knowledgeable, quick to respond, and makes sure everything is taken cared of even after the job is finished.
