When I purchased my home I had discovered some black mold. I called Charles Young with Servpro of Northwest Wichita and he and his crew were out the next day taking care of everything! They are the best at what they do and I could not be happier with the services they have provided.

We love using you guys! Our carpets and couch always look so clean and fresh each time you clean our house! Your stuff is fantastic and always on time or early! Highly recommend this location!

Servpro is an incredible company. I had a second fire in my business in 6 months and they helped me have half of my business upen within 5 days. David and his team reassured me throughout the process and comforted me during the emotional struggles. They really do go above and beyond just cleaning up devastation. They we're we're after the cleanup was finished and helped with things that were probably not even a part of they're job. Without David and his team we would definitely still be struggling with the recovery, but we are back in business and stronger than before. Thank you David, and thank all of the wonderful people that helped me get back on my feet.

Unfortunately due to my daughter trying to do three loads of laundry at one time, we had to make the dreaded disaster claim. Charlies crew was quick, polite and professional. When we had concerns or questions they were answered promptly. Great group to work with.

My 91 year old father-in-law had a flooded basement caused by heavy rainfall. The basement was in bad shape, mold starting to grow everywhere and the smell was getting worse by the day. I called SERVPRO and made contact with David Villescas. He was very nice and respectful as I explained my father-in-law's situation. David set a time to come out and look at the problem, submit an estimate and set a day when they would do the job. David's estimate was fair and he set a date and time he and his crew would start work. They job is done, David's crew was great and very polite. David came by the next day to inspect work done and he did a little more work making sure the job was done well. I am very satisfied with SERVPRO and of David. He is a very nice person who made sure that the work done was done right and that my father-in-law and I were satisfied. I recommend SERVPRO and David Villescas.

As the owner of a local flooring store I am VERY picky about who gets referred to my clients. Charley and his team have made that list. They continue to impress me with attacking problem jobs that other cleaners in town run from. THANK YOU for always doing your best and leaving smiles on our clients faces.

Zero - they took all of my belongings from my house that they had no permission to take - over $20,000 and knowing they admitted to it they offered to give us $2000 back from what they charged us. They are not to be trusted ever!!!

In reply to your answer to my post: I lived at my daughters house with her, the items you took, I had in my part of the house. They were NOT fire damaged at all. You did not offer to file a claim with your insurance company till my daughter said she was contacting a lawyer. If you are upset about my review, you should have been more willing to work with us in the first place. Yes there were 2 burglaries in the house but you were sent the video taken AFTER the burglaries and it showed what was still in the house. If you don't like bad reviews then you shouldn't treat your customers the way you did. My daughter was happy with your cleaning BUT she requested twice with your supervisor and once by note wrapped around the key to JUST clean the burnt side of the house and your quote reflects that. Your quote would have been much more had it included the whole house. I am disabled and cannot lift heavy items and I tire easily due to a lung disorder. I had been trying to get everything of mine out of the house but it was slow due to my condition. You even took two urns of my deseased fur babies! Why did someone not contact my daughter when those as well as several antique pieces were in the house? Just common sense would make me wonder how someone would want all those things thrown away! And did they really get thrown away in the dump or picked through by your employees and taken home? Work with my daughter fairly and I will remove this post and exclaim how great it was to work with you - otherwise it stays!

I had some particularly stubborn areas of carpet (i.e. pet stains and years of foot traffic) in our entry, hallway and a bedroom. After another carpet cleaning service initially tried to clean these areas (unsuccessfully, i.e. soiled areas were still very prevalent and even some old stains repopulated after the cleaning), subsequently we contacted Servpro (David Villescas and his team) in hopes to get better results. David looked over the soiled areas, explained the Servpro cleaning process and was confident they could improve things. He was right, all the soiled areas they reworked were virtually back to original clean carpet look. Also, very noteworthy, in addition to being courteous and friendly, these guys worked this short notice job into there schedule with less than 24 hours notice, and then did not charge us for the outstanding cleaning job. I cannot say enough good about such customer service and workmanship. David also wanted me to let him know how the carpet areas looked "after things dried out, once they were gone", i.e. another aspect of going beyond expectations. I highly recommend Servpro, and David Villescas (team) for carpet cleaning services. This company does many other cleaning and restoration services, I would not hesitate to call them for anything that falls in their scope of expertise.

I had a washing machine incident and David was over to our place quickly with fans and dehumidifiers. He helped me assess the damage and what needed to be done. I’ve been very pleased with the service him and his team provided!

We've had these guys out twice. Once for carpet cleaning and another for duct cleaning. They are super professional and do an amazing job. Would recommend them to ANYONE! Very reputable.

I used this company to clean my air ducts and HVAC system(s).
Overall it was an okay experience but there were a number of frustrating events that led to this review. Prior to their arrival I was quoted a price given the information of having three systems. The service men arrived expecting one system. They increased the price but only cleaned 2 systems. They did a thorough job, removing and cleaning registers, on the first system. By did not repeat thoroughness on second system. And neglecting third.

They also left my house a mess. I provided them with booties to wear on their shoes since we do not wear shoes in our house but they wore them outside and about an hour into work stopped paying attention to their footprint. I had to vacuum and sweep the entire house a few areas being worse than others. Leaving behind trash (cap to spray can). They arrived at 10am then 2 hours later took an hour lunch break. When they returned the main guy was not with the crew. The main gentleman mentioned testing the third system and possibly cleaning but since he did not return this did not happen.

It is hard allowing people into your home and I have repeatedly found businesses in Wichita to be lacking respect of home space and unreliable. I was hoping otherwise with this company from other reviews but that was not the case. I would not recommend using.

My Daughter bought a fixer upper. It was trashed. The basement had been leaking water for years. There was a lot of mold. David brought a crew to demo and haul away all the contaminated material and treated areas that were still good. They cleaned the whole basement and cleaned all the air ducts. The service was very professional and it was a fair price. If ever I need this kind of service again, I will call Mr. David Villescas.

Completely unprofessional did not respond even though we did make contact been several days no technician no follow-up no help no nothing do not rely on Servpro find somebody else to help you

David and his crew were great to work with! They were professional, thoughtful and very considerate helping me with the aftermath of a flooded basement. I have recommended them to others and will continue to praise their exceptional Customer Service. They are the best!

We can not say enough amazing things about ServPro!! Jonathan Rogers and his team were phenomenal!! Going through a house fire is very traumatic. The ServPro team was great at reassuring us that they were here to help us. Christina, Imalda, Angelica, David, Adir, Raul and Jared, were a great team!! They were very knowledgable about our situation and answered all our questions. They were very compassionate and treated our home and our belongings like they were there own. If you need any sort of clean up for your home ServPro of Northwest Wichita is the place to call!! We had ServPro NW clean our carpets, large area rugs, a cloth couch, and a dining room chair. We give them an 11/10 for their promptness, professionalism, cost of service, and quality of clean. We couldn’t be more happy and if you’re looking for carpet cleaning, give them a try. You won’t be disappointed! Oh, and we had a young nephew visit a couple years ago and got breakfast all over our ivory cloth dining room chair. While we tried to spot clean, it looked awful. These guys took the chair back with them (years later!) and someone cleaned it so well you can’t tell it from the other chairs we have! All in a couple days. Give ServPro NW a call - you’ll be so glad you did!!

ServPro of NW Wichita did a full house duct cleaning and carpet cleaning in certain rooms of my house. The team was professional and worked efficiently and went above and beyond by cleaning a couple of rugs for me that I was thinking of switching out, but they looked so good after the cleaning, I'm going to still use them. They even washed all of the registers and returns. Great job.

My refrigerator shorted out and I needed to get my food removed. After contacting their main service number, I got directed to Servpro of Northwest Wichita. Charles Young got a crew together in a matter of 3 hours to come help me. Raul and his crew, were very cordial, professional and efficient. I was very impressed how quickly they did the job. I highly recommend this company and if needed services again...I would call them in a heart beat.

Angelica and Raul were amazing, they arrived on time, they were very professional, and did amazing on my carpet!! I will definitely be using their services again, I was amazed on their work and how they really focused on cleaning our carpets. I would recommend ServePRo Northwest use their services!!!! They even went out of their way to clean an extra part not listed!!!!

They took 2 months to demo my 980 sq ft home. They had a lack of communication with me and my insurance company. The job was only supposed to take a week!
