Mike was very responsive during all our communication, provided us updates along the way and helped us through the insurance process. The installation team was very efficient and thorough. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards! We are really impressed and super happy with our new roof!

I just had my roof replaced and the process went so smoothly! My roof was about 23 years old and with my insurance coverage it wasn't worth attempting to put in a claim so I was paying for it out of my own pocket. The price was right around what I was hoping for and it was an effortless process start to finish.

We are totally happy with the roof work done by Daniel and his crews and will highly recommend Kihle Roofing and Construction. Daniel made the process so easy by taking care of the interaction with our insurance company and responding quickly to phone calls and texts. He is very knowledgeable - not only about the roofing product and installation (we had a DaVinci roof installed rather than asphalt shingle and Kihle Roofing understands the nuances of the roofing installation as well as the necessary roofing supplies and skills needed.) Daniel also expertly navigated the insurance communication and paperwork. The crews installing the roof and then the new guttering were so professional and pleasant to work with and they completed the work in a timely manner. Would definitely use Kihle Roofing and Construction again, including for other types of home remodeling. The company's owner is very honest and really great to have in charge of a big job.

Had my siding replaced by Kihle Roofing and Construction. Their expertise and customer care is what really sets them apart from others.

They were also judge free and didn't try pushing additional sales one me, but simply asked if they could help. I'm referring to my deck being in poor condition. I plan to replace much of the railing and deck boards myself this summer.

Their kind and professional team was great to work with. I'll definitely be calling them back if I need any help with the deck.

If I was able to give a no star review I would. Do not use them for any metal roof replacement. Roof continues to leak. They have said it's the best they can do after multiple tries to resolve it. Poor customer service.

We had found ourselves in a position where we were trying to sell our home but our roof needed to be replaced. Daniel came out and met with us and our insurance adjuster. He explained everything very well and even had his team out at our house in two days. They got it done while we were at work and the roof looks amazing. They were an excellent company to work through the whole process from meeting the inspector, promptly scheduling the roof replacement, installing a great looking roof, and a thorough clean-up afterwards. The wind blew the rain cap off the roof vent on our house and the pipe was damaged so it wasn’t something we could fix ourselves. My daughter contacted Daniel with Kihle Roofing and explained the situation. Even though it was a short holiday week, they came out and fixed it. The service tech Thomas was very nice and I appreciated Daniel for making sure the repair was made prior to the winter storm forecast for this weekend. If I need other services in the future, I will be sure to reach out to Kihle.

I met Jacob at the Home Show, he was very nice and friendly, I told him about my deck stairs. He called me to come see the stairs and gave an estimate for that and looked at my roof.
The process was so easy. I approved the estimate and it wasn’t too long before Derek came and fixed my deck stringers and put some pipe boot collars on the pipes in my roof!
They did a great job! I will call Kihle Roofing and Construction again, honest and professional.

Before buying my home, I negotiated to have the roof replaced. The roof was old but not leaking — I just wanted it taken care of so it wouldn’t be an issue later. The sellers chose this roofing company, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare.

The very first night I moved in, it rained in my bedroom. They came back to repair it, but the leaks continued — over and over — for 2½ years. Finally this year, the owner showed up and they re-roofed that part of the house. Unfortunately, by then, mold had developed in my bedroom.

The mold remediation left my bedroom torn apart — carpet pulled up, padding cut out, and my closet dismantled — and none of it was ever properly finished. Yes, new sheetrock was put up and painted, but I still cannot use my bedroom. I was also forced out of my home for several days due to unsafe conditions, and although the owner said they would cover those hotel costs, I have not been reimbursed.

I’ve reached out multiple times over the past month with no response. This process began again back in early June, and despite my patience, nothing has been resolved. My health has been affected, my home remains incomplete, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

If you’re looking for a company that stands behind its work, this is not it. I cannot recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE: After posting my original review, I was contacted by the company’s attorney by email. The message stated they would complete the remaining repairs and reimburse my expenses if I removed my review and agreed not to speak publicly about the situation again. The email went to my spam folder, so I did not see it until later. When I found it and replied, I did not receive any further response.

Although the roof itself has been repaired, the interior damage caused by the issue — including the carpet that was ripped up — has still not been fixed. I also have not been reimbursed for the costs I incurred when I was unable to stay in my home, despite being told those expenses would be covered.

I am sharing this update to document my experience and the parts of the situation that remain unresolved.

Also, I had not read the lies that were posted about the repairs- there remained leaks unseen over that period of time and there were many times your company came out and “repaired” nothing. Your employee showed me what had been poured on my roof to “repair” it over and over. A big glop of I don’t know what material it was. The first times this year

show up when they were supposed to, it leaked multiple times Until Daniel showed up, NOTHING was reroofed or actually repaired. There had been a leak within my walls for years that had been slowed down by the careless work from the previous “repairs”. So the amount of MOLD growing in my bedroom, due to careless job that had been done by your company was astounding. Not to mention your contractors cutting that mold out using unsafe practices. Traipsing it through my house not even bagged up. Careless and dangerous. If that’s the kind of business you’re looking for - that’s what you’ll get right here.

After a recent storm which produced large hail, I thought for certain we had hail damage to our roof and guttering, we also had visible damage to our garage. I reached out to Hunter, and he responded quickly, was very courteous and professional, even accommodated our schedule, which was impressive knowing how busy he must be due to the recent storm. When Hunter arrived, he was very informative, thoroughly inspected our property and gave us detailed information to make an informed decision on next steps.
