I was called today by Butch at ServiceMaster. He notified me that they have new ownership and management now.

Years ago, their employees stole beer from my customers fridge, when left in customers home alone. They were paid to clean water damage. Did I mention she is a Derby officer? One got arrested and blamed the workers that where outside working on her home. The other fled. I was subpoenaed. Was a good customer until that refferal. Haven't heard from her since🤬

Their Refferal program was $50. on jobs that brought them thousands. If you didn't call, they wouldn't pay you the finders fee. Local Restoration companies pay a percentage of the job that is usually, did I mention thousands? ServiceMaster is a national franchise. That was SAD. The Wink's are nice people. Hope the new guys do better.

My carpet looks like new again! Rep was thorough and quick and paid special attention to problem areas. Will definitely call again when I need my carpet cleaned.

My home was arsoned several years ago. This was a tough time. Arsonist was never caught, so I have a mild anxiety/paranoia about security now... But I did not have any doubts when they came to clean my home from the smoke. After several months, it felt like a brand new house. It helped so much with the psychological help that I needed to move on from the event, it was one less thing I had to worry about. Everything was cared for, everything santized, everything well maintained and cleaned thoroughly!

Great service from the moment I called to inquire to when a tech came to our house to do the cleaning. And we were offered a spot test to see if furniture stains could come out with no obligation to proceed if it didn’t work. Our tech was able to get out furniture stains that we had no hope would come out. Highly highly reccomend.

Zach did a fine job, he was quick and efficient! He added a deodorizer to the cleaning solution that gave a pleasant fragrance!! Now just waiting for it to dry!
