I don't normally shop at Ultra Modern because their prices are high to me. However, they were the only ones that had my pool part in stock. I paid 3x the price at other stores, but hey I got what I needed.

Easy and so convenient to go in and get water tested and buy appropriate chemicals as needed. Everyone is always eager to help and very knowledgeable about all the products.

Love the customer service at the East store. Always very helpful. The west site is closer for us but we seem to get snubbed when we go there. Like they know and care we bought from the east store.

I get great help to opening my pool. They test the water and give me the answers to taking care of it. I trust them. They real know what you need and don't need .

There is a good selection here. Went in to research swim spas and was ignored the entire time we were there. My wife and I both even waved at a lady on the phone who did not acknowledge or wave back at either of us. We checked out the swim spa for a bit. Even turned it on ourselves with no assistance offered. Walked around the store a little more ignored the whole time so we left.

Super professional and knowledgeable staff. Made my shopping experience for patio furniture a breeze. Beats the big box stores if your budget allows.

I recently needed some PH decrease for my pond.
I was helped by 1 employee who showed me a couple of options, and he was able to answer my questions. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes.

Nice place, nice selection of products, a little pricey compared to some other places but what we have purchased has been good quality. The wait time to be helped is usually longer than expected so don't make this one of your stops if your in a rush unless you know what you need.

My husband and I just recently purchased a new home last week that has an inground pool, I came into the store and spoke with Constantine he was so very helpful and gave me easy to follow directions to get our pools levels under control.definitely recommend them!

Staff is nice but don't know what they are doing. I live a couple miles from that store but I'll drive clear across town to the west side to talk to Chris the general manager. At least there I know I can get my problem solved.

Jeff, Deb and all staff at the east side location were awesome from start to finish. They answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my new above ground was everything I wanted and hoped for. I would highly recommend Ultra Modern to any one wanting a pool, they are the best!!

Deb helped us get just the right outdoor table in time for a family event. Even gave us a loaner table and exchanged equipment when what we ordered was not exactly right! Best customer service ever!!

Very nice restrooms. Seems if I ask the same question about my pool, I get a completely different answer -- every time that I go in... I keep asking, hoping for a better solution. I feel as though they come up with answers and products 'off the cuff'. Like they are being creative, but not by using knowledge or research.
