Requested a quote online to Farha as well as a couple other local roofers (after hours) and received a call the next day. Beau was out that afternoon to assess and discuss what options we had to repair our EPDM roof. Once we were able to decide the best route for us, Beau was back out to get us taken care of. Fast. Friendly. Professional!!! I'm actually looking forward to the next rain, knowing our roof won't leak!!!

Wow! What amazing service! I called Farha Roofing because I noticed a couple loose shingles on my roof. Cody Lang responded to my call within an hour and said he could swing by this afternoon. I cannot praise Farha Roofing and Sam Ludwig enough for how great our roof turned out. We live out of state and decided to use Farha based on the quoted price (we paid out of pocket) and previous reviews. Sam Ludwig was amazing, professional and very attentive from start to finish (and even afterwards). He kept me up to date when the project started and throughout. We knew it was going to be a large undertaking as we knew there was at least 2 layers of shingles on this house and a base layer of cedar shakes. When demolition started it turned out there were 3 layers of shingles and 2 layers of cedar shakes. WOW! Since we were not there for the project, our neighbors made it a point to tell us how professional and meticulous the crew was at the end of each day. Not a single speck of wood, plastic, or trash! My wife and I came home after being gone a week. During that time the Wichita area experienced tremendous sustained winds. I called Beau Canova to come out and inspect my roof due to some minor cosmetic damage. I wanted to insure there was nothing serious as our roof is about 18 years old. Beau said he could be to the house in about 15 minutes. He showed up at the time he had said and immediately went up on the roof and performed a thorough inspection. He told me the damage I saw was cosmetic and addressed the issue. He gave me an honest answer when I asked him about the shape of my roof. He said I should be good for 2-5 years depending of course on weather. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism but more than anything was his integrity. I know there are some companies that would have told me I need a new roof now just to make a sale but not the case with Beau. I thanked him and informed him when the time came to replace the roof my only call will be to Farha Roofing. If all companies had employees with Beau's integrity it would be so much better for everyone. Thanks again Beau.

Storm came through, hail half dollar size, damage, stupid insurance, roof replacement.
The person who we worked with was a great guy, communicative, and great to work with.
I’m a huge customer service person and he nailed it.
Roof and guttering look great and his eye for color against the rock and cedar exterior were spot on.
Making sure afterwords that the roof was completed properly and nothing left sub-par.
Regardless who your insurance suggests, I would highly recommend looking into these folks and having them come out. They also work with the adjusters very well.

What a rare thing in today's business environment to find a contractor that does what they promise! They were fast to come tarp the leak while we went through the process. Once we dealt with insurance (UGH!!!) they proceeded to replace the roof, they did a wonderful job, Roof will outlive us at this point. If you are on the fence, just go for it, they are worth it. I did not price shop because I've done the "cheapest" contractor thing before and am still suffering from it. I wanted quality and Farha had a good reputation and has been around for some time so to me it was the only call I needed to make. And honestly, the price was quite reasonable. No high pressure for add on's. They explained all the options and we chose which upgrades we wanted. And to be honest the upgrades were not that much more so we went with the high grade shingles and roof ridge vent. New gutters with guards, At least I don't have to worry about the roof anymore. Brandy was a pleasure to deal with in the office and The guys on site were a solid bunch of good hard working fellas. I didn't get to meet the gals that tarped the damage but my kid said they were very nice and professional.
